一種可攜式電子裝置包括一殼體、一顯示模組以及至少一觸控輸入模組,顯示模組設置於殼體並具有一顯示面,觸控輸入模組設置於殼體,相對於顯示面位在顯示模組之下。

Description

可攜式電子裝置
本發明係關於一種電子裝置,特別關於一種可攜式電子裝置。
各類型的觸控輸入裝置已廣泛應用於電子產品,例如:行動電話與平板電腦多以觸控螢幕作為輸入裝置。以觸控螢幕來說,使用者可以方便地將手直接接觸觸控螢幕的表面來下達指令,或是在觸控螢幕的表面游移來操作鼠標或是進行手寫文字的輸入。觸控螢幕亦可在螢幕上顯示出虛擬按鍵供使用者點選,使用者可透過這些虛擬按鍵來輸入對應的相關文字。
如圖1所示,一平板電腦1包含一觸控螢幕11及一殼體12,殼體12包覆觸控螢幕11僅讓觸控螢幕11的顯示面露出。一般來說,觸控螢幕11包括一顯示面板111及一觸控輸入面板112,觸控輸入面板112設置於顯示面板111之顯示面上。觸控輸入面板一般分為電阻式、電容式、超音波式及紅外線式等多種類型,其中又以電阻式觸控輸入面板的產品最多,電阻式觸控輸入面板的設計主要又可區分為四線式、五線式、六線式、八線式等等。四線式觸控輸入面板因為成本及技術層面較為成熟,目前已廣泛的生產與應用。
傳統的觸控輸入面板112多配合顯示面板111來協同運作,例如:顯示面板111上顯示出物件供使用者在觸控輸入面板112上對應的區域觸碰點選、或顯示面板111上顯示出鼠標供使用者在觸控輸入面板112上游移。若要將觸控螢幕11作為鍵盤使用,則需在顯示面板111上顯示出完整或大部分的鍵盤按鍵,然後讓使用者在觸控輸入面板112上對應於按鍵的區域觸碰點選來產生按鍵輸入,這種方式是在觸控螢幕11上產生虛擬鍵盤,並非在觸控輸入面板112內形成實體的按鍵。
由於傳統的觸控輸入面板112必須配合顯示面板111才能夠呈現出使用者可辨別的按鍵區域,使用者才能夠清楚無誤地看到顯示面板111顯示的虛擬按鍵並在觸控輸入面板112上觸控按鍵對應的區域來產生按鍵信號,也就是說,傳統的觸控輸入面板112不具備獨立的鍵盤功能,不能夠單獨作為按鍵輸入裝置。
另外,由於平板電腦1中觸控輸入面板112設置於顯示面板111的顯示面上方,觸控螢幕11的輸入區域與顯示區域彼此重疊,使用者觀看顯示區域時容易受到輸入區域的干擾。
因此,如何提供一種可獨立於顯示模組的觸控輸入模組,其亦與顯示裝置整合於一電子裝置,已成為一項重要的課題。
有鑑於上述課題,本發明之目的為提供一種整合獨立的顯示模組與觸控輸入模組的可攜式電子裝置。
為達上述目的,依據本發明之一種可攜式電子裝置包括一殼體、一顯示模組以及一觸控輸入模組,顯示模組設置於殼體並具有一顯示面,觸控輸入模組設置於殼體,相對於顯示面位在顯示模組之下。
在實施例中,觸控輸入模組係一觸控輸入鍵盤。
在實施例中,觸控輸入模組係滑設於殼體,舉例來說,殼體具有一容置槽,觸控輸入模組係滑設於容置槽。
在實施例中,觸控輸入模組係樞設於殼體,舉例來說,觸控輸入模組係收納於殼體之一背面,觸控輸入模組可從殼體之背面翻轉至前面。
在實施例中,觸控輸入模組係可分離地設置於殼體。
在實施例中,可攜式電子裝置可以是一平板電腦或一智慧型手機。
在實施例中,可攜式電子裝置可包括複數個觸控輸入模組,其中至少二個觸控輸入模組分別設置於殼體的不同側。
在實施例中,觸控輸入模組包括一觸控輸入面板,其係一電阻式觸控面板或一電容式觸控面板。
承上所述,本發明之可攜式電子裝置中,觸控輸入模組並非設置於顯示模組之顯示面之上,而是相對於顯示面位在顯示模組之下,因此,觸控輸入模組與顯示模組可分別獨立運作,使用者觀看顯示模組時便不容易受到觸控輸入模組的干擾。另外,觸控輸入模組可以是觸控輸入鍵盤,對於重度使用者來說,獨立的觸控輸入鍵盤相較於傳統的虛擬鍵盤可提供較多的按鍵,因而更可便於使用者操作。
以下將參照相關圖式,說明依本發明較佳實施例之一種可攜式電子裝置,其中相同的元件將以相同的參照符號加以說明。
圖2A至圖2C為本發明較佳實施例之可攜式電子裝置之示意圖,如圖2A所示,一可攜式電子裝置2包括一殼體21、一顯示模組22以及一觸控輸入模組23,顯示模組22設置於殼體21並具有一顯示面221,觸控輸入模組23設置於殼體21,相對於顯示面221位在顯示模組22之下。
在實施例中,如圖2B與圖2C所示,觸控輸入模組23係滑設於殼體21,舉例來說,殼體21具有一容置槽211,觸控輸入模組23係滑設於容置槽211。觸控輸入模組23未使用時係收納於容置槽211內,使用者可從容置槽211拉出觸控輸入模組23來操作及使用。當不需使用時,使用者可將觸控輸入模組23推入至容置槽211內收納。另外,亦可以透過機構的設計,使得觸發後,觸控輸入模組23直接彈出容置槽211。
舉例來說,觸控輸入模組23係一觸控輸入鍵盤,觸控輸入模組23具有複數個輸入單元231。一個輸入單元231可視為一個按鍵區域,其代表至少一對應的按鍵,各輸入單元231可根據使用者的觸碰輸入產生一輸入信號。也就是說,觸控輸入模組23視各輸入單元231為各自獨立的按鍵,各輸入單元231產生的輸入信號係對應於各輸入單元231所代表的按鍵。
觸控輸入模組23包括一觸控輸入面板,觸控輸入面板可以是一電阻式觸控面板或一電容式觸控面板,觸控輸入模組23並非利用顯示裝置來顯示出多個按鍵區域,而是直接在觸控輸入面板內形成複數個可各自獨立輸入的輸入單元231。各輸入單元231可呈現出各自對應代表的按鍵,例如在輸入單元231的外表面或外層上設有對應按鍵的文字或符號的圖樣以利使用者識別,設置的方式例如是印刷或刻紋等等,或是在輸入單元231內設置有顏色的螢光體或染料,螢光體或染料排成對應文字或符號的圖樣。
舉例來說,觸控輸入模組23可編排成標準鍵盤的樣式,複數個輸入單元231代表標準鍵盤的按鍵如A到Z、F1~F12、All、Ctrl、空白鍵(Space)、輸入鍵(Enter)、退位鍵(Backspace)、開頭(Home)、結尾(End)、上頁(Page Up)、下頁(Page Down)等等,各輸入單元231係依據其代表的按鍵在標準鍵盤的位置而對應地設置在觸控輸入模組23的觸控輸入面板。
另外,觸控輸入模組23是舉例說明並非限定為編排成標準鍵盤的樣式,觸控輸入模組23可視應用的需求編排成適當的樣式,例如編排成數字鍵盤的樣式。另外,觸控輸入模組23的觸控輸入面板可以是可撓曲的面板。
另外,觸控輸入模組23亦可以是一觸控板,使用者可移動手指或觸碰筆等在觸控輸入模組23上產生一軌跡輸入。
除上述滑設拉出的方式外,如圖3A及圖3B所示,在其他實施例中,觸控輸入模組23係樞設於殼體21,舉例來說,觸控輸入模組23係收納於殼體21之背面212,並透過轉軸213樞設於殼體21。具體而言,觸控輸入模組23於收納時,其上的鍵盤樣式會呈現在殼體21之背面212,如圖3B所示;而當使用者欲操作時,可將觸控輸入模組23從背面212轉出至可攜式電子裝置2的前面,如圖3A所示,進行輸入操作。又另外在其他實施例中,觸控輸入模組23可以翻出的方式移動至可進行操作的位置,例如以一樞軸卡於軌道內,在移動的同時進行翻轉,而達到原先正面與背面相互對調者。
另外,在同樣的實施例中,如圖3C所示,因為樞設而可旋轉之故,觸控輸入模組23在不進行輸入操作時,亦可作為可攜式電子裝置2的支架。即觸控輸入模組23沒有完全轉出或翻出到可攜式電子裝置2的前面,使得觸控輸入模組23與殼體21之間呈一角度,觸控輸入模組23與殼體21未樞接的一側可放置於一表面上,顯示模組22亦傾斜於該表面,藉以供使用者更容易觀看顯示面221所顯示的內容。惟圖3C中,為使圖面簡潔清晰,並未於觸控輸入模組23上繪示鍵盤樣式。當然,除直接轉出或翻出外,觸控輸入模組23亦可先從容置槽拉出、滑出或彈出至一位置,以透過殼體21在該位置上具有能與轉軸213結合的結構,使觸控輸入模組23可以向殼體21之背面212轉出或翻出並保持一角度,同樣可達到支撐可攜式電子裝置2的效果。
在又一實施例中,如圖4A所示,觸控輸入模組23係可分離地設置於殼體21,觸控輸入模組23未使用時係收納於容置槽211內,使用者可從容置槽211完整地取出觸控輸入模組23來操作及使用,觸控輸入模組23與殼體21分離,觸控輸入模組23透過有線傳輸或無線傳輸而與可攜式電子裝置2之處理模組通訊,處理模組係設置於殼體21內,其係處理顯示模組22的顯示內容及觸控輸入模組23的輸入內容。當不需使用時,使用者可將觸控輸入模組23放入容置槽211內收納。需說明的是,觸控輸入模組23可透過卡固、貼合、磁性吸附等手段而可分離地設置於殼體21,又或者可以透過彈力作用等方式自殼體21分離,本發明在此不限。
在又一實施例中,如圖4B所示,可攜式電子裝置2與前述實施例大致相同,但殼體21更具有一支撐部件214。支撐部件214同樣收納於容置槽211中,且位於觸控輸入模組23之下,同時透過一轉軸215而與容置槽211可轉動地連結。是以,在觸控輸入模組23抽出、拉出、彈出或自容置槽211分離後,支撐部件214可以手動或自動方式轉動或翻出至圖4B所示之位置,以用於在一表面上支撐可攜式電子裝置2呈一較佳的操作角度。當然,支撐部件214與殼體21所夾的角度係可依據視覺需求調整。另外,在又一實施例中,觸控輸入模組也可以先透過樞設轉出或翻出的方式移出容置槽,而後同樣再將支撐部件轉或翻出來,本發明在此不限。
另外,可攜式電子裝置2可包括複數個觸控輸入模組。舉例來說,如圖5所示,可攜式電子裝置2包括二個觸控輸入模組23、24,觸控輸入模組23、24分別設置於殼體21的不同側。然而,觸控輸入模組的數量並非限定於二個,二個以上亦是可行的。也就是說,可攜式電子裝置2可包括複數個觸控輸入模組23、24,其中至少二個觸控輸入模組23、24分別設置於殼體21的不同側。當然,需再次強調的是,觸控輸入模組23、24與前述多個實施例一樣,可以透過滑設拉出、抽出或彈出、或樞設轉出或翻出、或兩者的任意結合、或可分離地取出等手段供使用者操作,本發明在此不限。
在本實施例中,觸控輸入模組23係一觸控輸入鍵盤、觸控輸入模組24係一觸控板。另外,觸控輸入模組23、24也可以皆為觸控輸入鍵盤、或者是二者皆為觸控板。
在以上實施例中,可攜式電子裝置可以是一平板電腦或一智慧型手機。
綜上所述,本發明之可攜式電子裝置中,觸控輸入模組並非設置於顯示模組之顯示面之上,而是相對於顯示面位在顯示模組之下,因此,觸控輸入模組與顯示模組可分別獨立運作,使用者觀看顯示模組時便不容易受到觸控輸入模組的干擾。另外,觸控輸入模組可以是觸控輸入鍵盤,對於重度使用者來說,獨立的觸控輸入鍵盤相較於傳統的虛擬鍵盤可提供較多的按鍵,因而更可便於使用者操作。
以上所述僅為舉例性,而非為限制性者。任何未脫離本發明之精神與範疇,而對其進行之等效修改或變更,均應包含於後附之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種可攜式電子裝置,包括:一殼體;一顯示模組,設置於該殼體,並具有一顯示面;以及至少一觸控輸入模組,設置於該殼體,相對於該顯示面位在該顯示模組之下。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可攜式電子裝置,其中該觸控輸入模組係一觸控輸入鍵盤。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可攜式電子裝置,其中該觸控輸入模組係滑設於該殼體。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之可攜式電子裝置,其中該殼體具有一容置槽,該觸控輸入模組係滑設於該容置槽。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可攜式電子裝置,其中該觸控輸入模組係樞設於該殼體。
