Abstract

The present invention relates to a wind assisted energy saving vessel, particularly referring to utilizing wind to directly assist in driving a vessel to achieve energy saving benefit. It is different from the traditional upwind sailing dilemma where the sailing speed of ships slows down or fuel consumption increases due to the unfavorable wind circumstance. The wind assisted energy saving vessel of this invention is also an auxiliary device of full green energy, making full use of the largest natural green energy (referring to wind energy source).
