Abstract

A transitive exercise apparatus having a support section for supporting the user, adapted to, by the movement of the support section, cause the user to perform exercise. The exercise apparatus comprises an arithmetic section capable of computing a travel distance on the basis of the amount of exercise of the user and determining the present location in travel course from the above travel distance and a preset travel course; a display section for indicating the present location in the travel course for the sake of the user; and a control section for changing the posture of the support section in accordance with the data of angularity of the present location in the travel course. The front and rear tilt angles of the seat 2 are controlled to be expanded and contracted to switch the forward tilt posture, the horizontal posture, and the backward tilt posture. - The column 8 rising from the front end of the base i of the body 1 is tied to its lower end relative to the base! On the upper surface of the susceptor 10, the footrest 6 located at a portion on the front side of the erecting portion and above the column 8 is movably supported by the spring and above (not shown) When the user gives the potential person's foot to step on the footrest 6, the repulsive force generated by the J spring is applied to the foot by the load. 3 The rod-shaped lamp portion 7 7 disposed on the rising portion 11 of the main body 1 can be Place the right foot and left =:" on both the left and right ends, and the seat on the seat 2 = the position on the footrest 6 is retracted to the point where it does not cause the use of the lamp portion 7 7 7 7 8 200946172 The state is moved upwards. Here, the mechanism related to the movement of the crotch portion 7 7 is omitted, but the member of the left and right crotch portions 7 7 may be suspended from the seat portion. The motion device thus constructed can perform two kinds of movements. That is, in a state where the lamp portion 7 is in the aforementioned retracted state, the user sits on the seat 2 and places the left and right feet on the footrest 6, respectively, through the input. The start switch of the control panel 9 jacks is arranged to cause the driver ❹ 3 to actuate and the seat 2 to be shaken. As described above, the seat 2 is tilted forward toward the left and right, and the user's center of gravity is moved toward the one-leg side to induce the self-supporting state with one foot. Therefore, the user can alternately step on the foot even if the user does not wish. 6. The resistance generated by the spring 6 i relative to the pedaling action imparts motion to the foot, and the relative distance between the seat 2 and the footrest 6 can be kept substantially as long as the _ reduction amount of the footrest 6 is appropriately set. Therefore, although it is a stepping action, the angle of the user's knee can be kept constant, so that the knee is suffering from a disease - and the user who suffers from pain in knee flexion and extension is not in use, especially if the knee angle is available. When the degree of the seat 2 is set to the left and right, the burden applied to the knee is extremely small. Further, when the height of the seat 2 is lowered and the bending angle of the knee is increased, the above-described stepping operation is performed. The knee joint can also apply a load caused by the spring 61. 200946172 On one hand, the crotch portion 7 7 is moved upward, forming a user to sit on the seat 2 and let When the driving unit 3 is actuated and the seat 2 is shaken by the state of the lamp unit 7 7 , the user who simulates the riding exercise can be balanced by the user swinging forward and backward and left and right. Regardless of any kind of exercise, as long as the grip 8 〇' placed on the column 8 is held, the user with poor balance function can also use it with peace of mind. Here, the column 8 can be installed as in the foregoing. In the specific angle range, the front and rear are rotated around the axis B. This is because the grip 80 is not obstructed when riding on the seat 2. Next, the operation control of the above-described exercise device will be described. In the case of the microcomputer, the tilting-rotating actuator 45 for the tilting drive of the motor 3 1 seat 2 and the machine control unit for controlling the height position changing electric actuator 1 of the seat 2 are provided. 1. The control means c is connected to a database DB in which a plurality of walking routes and landscape image data (or landscape image data) of each of the traveling routes are stored, and includes a distribution DB arranged in the control panel 9. The display means D and an input device j disposed in the aforementioned start switch of the operation panel 9. The plurality of travel routes stored in the database D B are composed of the distance data from the departure point to the end point, and the ten-degree data of the place on the way, and are related to the scenery of the route 200946172. In addition to the machine control unit ci, the coefficient is determined to be obtained] = the amount of movement of the user is multiplied by the special «The ride on the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ The service 4 is selected on the right side of the operation control panel 9 to select the route walking mode. At this point, the landscape image data of the point is displayed in the display. In Qian Gu, the control means to obtain the slope of the current position based on the height data contained in the data of the walking route, and then change the front and rear tilting of the seat 2 by the teacher: degree. Material, through the "stretching (10) H 4 5 telescopic" if the current position is uphill slope = backward tilting state, if the slope is downhill, it will form a forward tilting state. Of course 11 200946172 can also put the slope of the county calculus # put The information of the walking route. The change of the posture of the sample is for the person sitting on the seat 2 straight, and the right is the slope of the upper slope to keep the upper body relative to the lower half = month's posture, and if the slope is inclined Degree is to maintain the upper body two posture. Also, such a posture change, even if the seat \ shaking | is the same, but the degree of load applied to the various muscles used will change, and will become uphill with the actual The same load is applied to each muscle during exercise or downhill movement.

The J is rotatably supported around the axis of the rotating shaft 53 through the rotating shaft 53. These pedals 7 are connected at their end (rear end) side to the bottom plate 5: the connecting rods 5 4 are connected. Further, a universal joint 6 设置 is provided at a joint portion of the connecting rod 5 4 - end and the bottom ' 50 and a connecting rod 5 end and the pedal 7 respectively. ... 马达 A motor 5 5 for driving is provided between the right and left sliders 5 2 on the bottom plate 50, and the lance 5 is provided on the output shaft, and a pair of worm wheels 57 are disposed on the right and left sides of the worm 56. Each of the worm wheels 57 that is coupled to the worm 56 is provided with an eccentric shaft 5 8 that is coupled to the link 54 by a connecting rod 59. Further, the worm wheel 57 having the eccentric shaft 58 and the link 5 4 system 13 200946172 are located at the position of the connecting rod 59 of the both sides of the guide rail 51 in the position of the connecting rod 5 and the connecting rod 5 The connecting portion of the connecting rod shaft 58 is a universal joint 60. The connection of #^54 "There is a setting Ο Now when the motor 55 is rotated by the worm 56 and the 埚: the eccentric shaft 58" and the eccentric shaft 58 together constitute a song: the machine = the connecting rod 59 is caused by the link 54 to perform the second =: : The universal joint 60 is a centering rocking motion: among the components in the longitudinal direction of the guide 51: The slider 52 and the pedal 7 are reciprocatingly sliding in the direction of the guide rail 51. Further, by the rocking operation of the link 54, the connecting portion between the link 54 and the step 7 is also moved in the vertical direction, and the pedal 7 is also rotated about the rotating shaft 53 along with the operation. During the stroke of the sliding motion, the pedal 7 is in a horizontal state 'to be connected to the pedal ❹ 7 of the link 54 at the end of the stroke, and the end side can be lifted, and at the other end of the stroke, the pedal Ζ The rear end side can be lowered in such a manner that the eccentric shaft 58 and the connecting rod 5 4 are coupled by the connecting rod 59. As a result, the pedal 7 performs the sliding operation along the guide 2, and the toe side is lowered when moving to the front side, and the heel side is lowered when moving to the rear side. Further, in the example shown in the drawing, the left and right guides 5 1 14 200946172 2 and the pedal 7 are formed forward. Further, the pedal 7 is in the axial direction close to the center of the long side of the pedal 7, and is not spaced from the front end side of the guide rail 5 (toe side).

When the angle of the opening angle α is increased and moved on the side of the slider 5, the rotation axis 53 that is moved toward the side is expanded in the direction orthogonal to the direction and longer than the rear end of the pedal 7, while Below the direction in which the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft 533 is orthogonal, the position of the pedal 7 is wider in the direction of the inner side than the guide rail 51, and the front end side is wider than the rear end side, but this is in the range of 30. Further, it is also possible to arrange the two guide rails 5 丄 in parallel and to slide the pedals 7 only in the front-rear direction and to rotate only in the front-rear direction. Further, the driving mechanism of the left and right pedals 7 caused by the pedal driving means 5 is offset from the position of the eccentric shaft 58 of the worm wheel 57 which is aligned with the worm 5 6 °, and the pedal on the right foot side. 7 When the forward movement is performed, the pedal 7 on the left foot side is retracted, and when the pedal 7 on the left foot side is advanced, the manner in which the pedal 7 on the right foot side is retracted is set to operate in the reverse phase. The user places the left and right feet on the left and right pedals 7 and stands in a state where the handrail 8 5 is grasped. If the action switch provided on the control panel 9 is depressed, the pedal driving means 5 is reversed. The phase is applied to the left and right pedals 7 toward the front, rear, left, and right, and each of the pedals 7 is rotated at the front end side during the forward movement and is rotated at the rear end side. 15 200946172 Therefore, the user who is placed on the pedal 7 moves the front and rear of the foot in accordance with the operation of the pedal 7, and the foot joint is subjected to the operation of the slanting and dorsiflexion according to the rotation of the pedal 7.
