部分接續申請案並主張其權利。 【先前技術】 200938368 頃有許多已知的製袋機。有一種款式是滚筒式機器。 滚筒式機器廣為人知且其詳細說明可參見美國專利第 6,117,058 號、4,934,993 號、5,518,559 號、5,587,032 號及 4,642,084號(每一者均以引用的方式併入本文中)。 旋轉式製袋機之操作的詳細說明可從上列專利找到, 但其共通操作方式可參照圖丨看到。一習知旋轉式製袋機 100利用一浮動輥總成203、一對送往滚筒的輥205和206 (203_206是一輸入段的局部)、一封合滚筒2〇8、一對送❹ 離滾筒的輥210和211、一封合襯件213、一對送往裁切刀 的輥215和216、一裁切刀218 (其可為任何其他薄片處理 裝置’譬如穿孔器、刀具、刀模、衝壓站、或折疊站)、一 對送離裁切刀的輥219和220 機器)’採用燒斷式密封方式同時進行封合及切割或穿孔, 但因往復運動、停頓時間、及難以應付鬆脫袋子等因素而 使速度偈限在約300 fpm。其他間歇運動型機器,譬如CMD Icon ,擁有具備一整合有齒刀刃的封合棒。c;MD CM300™ 機器具有擺盪運動以移動具有一整合有齒刀刃的封合棒。 15 一般而言’間歇運動型機器不如滾筒式連續機器快,且因 此每工作小時產出很少袋子。
