The purpose of the present invention provides a vertical liquid crystal alignment agent which could reduce the liquid crystal uneven coursed from the OCF type, further could give high voltage holding rate and low resides DC by promoting the liquid crystal wettability of vertical liquid crystal alignment film. The solution of the present application is a vertical liquid crystal alignment agent made from a polymer that the said polymer is consisting of amic acid repeating unit and imic acid repeating unit, and at least one group comes from group of the tetracarboxyl acid or diamine compound contains fluorine atom.
