There is simple device which royal jelly is filtered in a short time even in a mountain in China so that royal jelly with high activity, high quality and high purity is obtained. A cap portion (11) is detachably fitted to a filter (5) to one open end of a cylinder portion (3) with open ends, and royal jelly is charged through the opening of the other end of the cylinder portion (3). The cap portion (11) is provided with a send-out port (9), the cylinder portion (3) is installed on an installation base (37) with the send-out port (9) down, and a take-out container (33) is placed under the installation base.
