TARIFNAME YAPILARDA ALTERNATIF DUVAR KAGIDI DEGISIMI IÇIN POLIKARBON PLAKA KULLANIMI Bulusumuz, yapilarda alternatif duvar kagidi degisimi için polikarbon plaka kullanimi olup, özelligi; duvar, tavan ve zeminlerin üzerine sivama isleminden sonra polikarbon plakanin (lexan) montajlanmasi ve montajlanan polikarbon plakanin (lexan) içerisine istenilen zamanda istenilen duvar kagidinin kolayca yerlestirilip, çikarilabilmesi ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu: Boya, günümüzde bütün sektörlerde kullanilan maddelerden biridir. Insan eliyle üretilen her nesne, gerek daha güzel görünmesi gerekse korunmasi için boyanir. Boya denilince elbette akla gelen ilk kavram, renklerdir. Boyamak, ayni zamanda renklendirmekle de es anlamli olarak kullanilmaktadir. En eski çaglardan beri, topraktan ya da bitki köklerinden son derece basit yöntemlerle elde edilen dogal boyalarin, insanlar tarafindan kullanildigi bilinmektedir. Boya, özellikle insaat ve diger imalat endüstrisinin kullandigi en önemli ara maddelerden biridir. Boya; organik, metalik ve plastik kökenli pigment, baglayici ve inceltici maddelerden olusan, yüzeye sürüldügünde sert ve ince bir film katmani olusturarak yüzeyi örten ayni zamanda dis etkenlerden ve oksitlenmeden koruyan toz veya çogunlukla sivi halde bulunan bir maddedir. Boyalari renklendirmek için pigmentler kullanilir. Ayni zamanda, boyanin akiskanligini arttirmak için de, çözücüler ve incelticiler yani tinerler kullanilir. Yeni bitmis bir insaat sonrasi en büyük problemlerden bir tanesi de insaat sonrasi artik kalan pislikleri nasil temizlenmesi gerektigidir. Bu konuda boyacilar da gerekli özeni göstermediginden ötürü en büyük sorun teskil eden temizleme sorunlarindan birisi haline gelmektedir. Ister boyali, ister vernikli olsun, eski kabarmis boya ve vernikler mutlaka kazinmali ve temizlenmelidir. Boya degisimi yapilmak istendiginde de hem temizlik sikintisi olusmakta, hem de çok fazla islem uygulandigindan yorucu ve zahmetli olmaktadir. Kabarmis eski boyalar tamamen kazinmalidir. Duvar yagli, tozlu, isli ve küflü ise, sabunlu su ile temizlenmeli, daha sonra duru su ile silinmekte, duvarlarda çatlak, delik, oyuk varsa alçi veya tercihen duvar macunu ile doldurulmakta, boyama öncesi yüzeye ve kullanilacak boyaya uygun astar ile doyurulmakta, ancak bu islemlerden sonra boya uygulamasina geçilebilmektedir. Bulusumuzun Detayli Anlatimi ve Kullanildigi Alanlar: Bulusumuz yapilarin insaati esnasinda montajlanarak evlerde, hastanelerde, okullarda, isyerlerinde vb. tüm yapilarda kolaylikla kullanilabilmektedir. Known State of the Technology: Paint is one of the substances used in all sectors today. Every object produced by human hands is painted to make it look more beautiful and to protect it. When it comes to paint, of course, the first concept that comes to mind is colors. Painting is also used synonymously with coloring. It is known that natural dyes obtained from soil or plant roots with extremely simple methods have been used by humans since ancient times. Dye is one of the most important intermediates used especially by the construction and other manufacturing industries. Paint; It is a substance in powder or mostly liquid form, consisting of pigment, binding and thinning substances of organic, metallic and plastic origin.
