Abstract
Полезная модель относится к области строительно-отделочных работ, в частности к элементам защитно-декоративного покрытия для внутреннего оформления стен зданий и сооружений, интерьеров жилых и служебных помещений, оконных и дверных проемов. Техническим результатом, достигаемым в результате решения поставленной задачи, является увеличение сил сцепления декоративно-художественного слоя с основой за счет увеличения адгезивной смачиваемости взаимо проницаемых слоев. Декоративный элемент, в виде преимущественно керамической плитки с облицовочным слоем, состоит из нескольких разнородных слоев и содержит слой 1 основы с облицовочным покрытием 2, фиксирующий слой 3 и декоративно-художественный слой 4 (фиг.1). Для повышения адгезивной смачиваемости взаимо проницаемых слоев фиксирующий слой 3 выполнен в виде, по крайней мере, одного слоя порошково-полимерного покрытия, а декоративно-художественный слой 4 - в виде, по крайней мере, одного слоя пигментного быстросохнущего красителя на основе сольвента. Декоративный элемент, выполненный согласно заявляемой полезной модели, может составлять основу декоративного изделия, например, информационное табло (фиг.3). При этом декоративные элементы, входящие в состав декоративного изделия могут иметь различную форму в плане, например, квадрата и/или прямоугольника. Кроме того, для расширения сферы применения декоративное изделие может быть помещено в рамку 6 или непосредственно вмонтирован в архитектурно-строительную конструкцию.
