Description

Desenli tabakanin elyaf tabakalarinin arasina serilmesiyle, yüzeyden uzak tutuldugu durumlarda hasara ugrama ihtimalinin azaltilmasi saglanmaktadir. Bulusun diger amaci, elde edilen kompozit parçanin yüzeylerinin istenilen görüntüye/desene sahip olmasini saglamaktir. Ayrica bulus konusu yöntem ile üretilen kompozit parçalarda, yüzeydeki görüntüye/desene zarar vermeden rötus yapilmasi mümkün olmaktadir. 36996.18 Bulusun bir diger amaci, teknigin bilinen durumunda kullanilan folyolu tasarim yönteminin beraberinde getirdigi olumsuzluklari ortadan kaldirmaktir. Bulus konusu desenli kompozit parçada desenli tabaka, elyaf tabakalar arasina konumlandirilmasi sayesinde, söz konusu desenli tabakanin hasar görme ihtimali azalmaktadir. Bulusun Ayrintili Açiklamasi Bu bulusun amacina ulasmak için gerçeklestirilen "Bir Kompozit Parça ve Bunun Üretim Yöntemi" ekli sekillerde gösterilmis olup; bu sekillerden: Bulus konusu kompozit parçanin; (a) desenli tabakanin elyaf tabakanin altinda konumlandirildigi (b) desenli tabakanin elyaf tabakanin üstünde konumlandirildigi (C) desenli tabakanin elyaf tabakalarinin arasinda konumlandirildigi durumun sematik gösterimidir. TR TR DESCRIPTION A COMPOSITE PART AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD Technical Field This invention relates to a patterned composite part and its production method. Prior Art In the state of the art, Resin Transfer Molding Method (RTM), open mold (hand lay-up) method, silicone mold method and many different methods are used to produce composite parts. With RTM, parts can be produced in glassy transparency or opaque shapes. In RTM, which is generally carried out by combining more than one mold part that complements each other, resin is transferred into the resulting mold whole. In this way, composite structures with the desired properties on both surfaces are obtained. Unlike RTM, the open mold method is used on a single mold. It is based on the principle of creating a composite structure and applying resin by hand laying. In the silicone mold method, the final product in the desired form can be obtained by applying silicone onto a model. These production techniques can be modified and used in the production of patterned parts. What is meant by patterned part production is the preparation of one or more surfaces of any composite part in such a way that the predetermined visual, pattern, logo, picture, photograph or color combination can be seen by people. What is meant by pattern includes all types of visuals mentioned in the previous sentence. During the production phase of patterned pieces, it is possible to obtain patterned pieces with the desired visuality by painting the pieces by masking them with foil, as the technique is known. In order for the parts in question to be produced safely and in the desired form, design studies must be carried out before foil laying. However, the use of foil on surfaces that can be considered complex increases the possibility of errors in design studies and causes the applications on the surface to not have a smooth print. 36996.18 In addition, it takes a long time due to the difficulty of both the preliminary design work and the production process of the foiled part. If both sides of the piece are desired to be patterned, masking must be done by laying foil on both the upper and lower molds. The difficulty of the operations increases in direct proportion to the process. The coloring process of detailed patterns is carried out by painting in 4-5 stages. This number can increase even more as the number of colors increases. In addition, during regional retouching of multi-colored patterned pieces, local marks remain on the piece, and additional processes are needed to clean these local marks. When visuality is achieved by gluing foil onto the ready-made piece, the possibility of damage is higher since the adhered foil is close to the surface and does not behave in harmony with the ready-made part. Additionally, in case the parts obtained by this method are deformed for any reason, Brief Description of the Invention The aim of the invention is to realize a composite structure consisting of fiber layers, gelcoat layer, patterned layer and resin. With the composite part production method of the invention, it is possible to apply the desired pattern (patterned layer) directly to the part in the desired shape. In this way, the production process is significantly shortened in terms of time. By laying the patterned layer between the fiber layers, the possibility of damage is reduced when it is kept away from the surface. Another purpose of the invention is to ensure that the surfaces of the resulting composite part have the desired appearance/pattern. In addition, it is possible to retouch the composite parts produced with the method of the invention without damaging the image/pattern on the surface. 36996.18 Another purpose of the invention is to eliminate the negative effects of the foil design method used in the known state of the art. In the patterned composite part of the invention, the patterned layer is positioned between the fiber layers, thus reducing the possibility of damage to the patterned layer in question. Detailed Description of the Invention "A Composite Part and Its Production Method" realized to achieve the purpose of this invention is shown in the attached figures; From these shapes: The composite part of the invention; It is a schematic representation of the situation where (a) the patterned layer is positioned below the fiber layer (b) the patterned layer is positioned above the fiber layer (C) the patterned layer is positioned between the fiber layers. The composite part that is the subject of the invention; It is a schematic representation of the situation where (a) the upper and lower gelcoat layers are both transparent, (b) the upper gelcoat layer is colored and the lower gelcoat layer is transparent, (c) the upper gelcoat layer is transparent and the lower gelcoat layer is colored. The parts in the figures are numbered and their equivalents are given below. 1. Composite part. Gel coat layer. Fiber layer 4. Patterned layer 36996.18 Subject of the invention, patterned composite piece (1); At least one gelcoat layer (2), at least one fiber layer (3) positioned on the gelcoat layer (2), and the top layer positioned between the fiber layer (3) and gelcoat layer (2) with a pattern image on it that is desired to be seen from the outside. The layer consisting of at least a patterned Gelcoat layer (2), a fiber layer (3) and a patterned layer (4) contains resin (5) that is applied on the structure and ensures that the layered structure in question is held together after curing. The subject of the invention is the patterned composite piece (1); At least one gelcoat layer (2), At least one fiber layer (3) positioned on the gelcoat layer (2), A pattern image that is positioned on the surface of the fiber layer (3) away from the gelcoat layer (2) and which is desired to be seen from the outside. The layer consists of at least one patterned layer (4), gelcoat layer (2), fiber layer (3) and patterned layer (4) and contains resin (5), which is applied on the layer structure and ensures that the layered structure in question is held together after curing. The subject of the invention is the patterned composite piece (1); At least one gelcoat layer (2), more than one fiber layer (3) positioned on the gelcoat layer (2), at least one patterned layer (4) positioned between the fiber layers (3) and bearing a pattern image that is desired to be seen from the outside. The layer consisting of gelcoat layer (2), fiber layer (3) and patterned layer (4) contains resin (5), which is applied on the structure and ensures that the layered structure in question is held together after curing. In an embodiment of the invention, the layer consisting of gelcoat layer (2), fiber layer (3) and patterned layer (4) is placed on the resin (5) applied on the structure, 36996.18 on the surface far from the gelcoat layer (2) and before the resin (5) is cured. There is at least one more gelcoat layer (2) which is applied (positioned) first. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the patterned layer (4) is manufactured from at least one material selected from a group including fabric, paper, plastic, metal and combinations thereof. In an embodiment of the invention, in order to ensure that the pattern on the patterned layer (4) can be seen from the outside through the gelcoat layer (2) corresponding to a single surface or both surfaces of the layered structure consisting of the fiber layer (3) and the patterned layer (4), the gelcoat layer ( 2) can be transparent. In a different embodiment of the invention, in the case where a gelcoat layer (2) is positioned on both surfaces of the layered structure consisting of a fiber layer (3) and a patterned layer (4), this gelcoat layer is used on a single surface in order to see the pattern on the patterned layer (4) from the outside. The layers (2) may be transparent on one surface and opaque (and preferably colored) on the other surface. It is a method for producing a patterned composite part (1), forming at least one transparent gelcoat layer (2) in a mold, - placing the fiber layer (3) and the patterned layer (4) on the gelcoat layer (2). ) and the gelcoat layer (2) in such a way that the patterned layer (4) remains and/or the patterned layer (4) is positioned on the surface of the fiber layer (3) away from the gelcoat layer (2) and/or the patterned layer (3) is positioned between the fiber layers (3). 4), - applying resin (5) on the layered structure consisting of gelcoat layer (2), fiber layer (3) and patterned layer (4) and allowing the resin (5) to cure, - removing the structure from the mold after curing. , - It includes the process steps to obtain the final product, the patterned composite part (l). 36996.18 Invention; It has a layered structure consisting of gelcoat layer (2), fiber layers (3), patterned layer (4) and resin (5), and it makes it possible to see the pattern on the patterned layer (4) and patterned layer (4) from the outside. It is about a patterned composite piece (1) and its production method, which has an interesting visual appearance thanks to the transparent gelcoat layer (2) and prevents difficulties in applying the pattern on the final product, thanks to this layered structure. In the production method of the invention, preferably a mold assembly containing at least one lower mold and at least one upper mold is used. In the mold in question, the lower mold and/or the upper mold are covered with gelcoat layers (2). More than one fiber layer (3) can be laid on the gelcoat layer (2) formed on the lower mold. A patterned layer (4) with the desired visual appearance is placed on and/or under and/or between the laid fiber layers (3). In the next process step, the lower mold and the upper mold are combined and the mold is closed. Thus, fiber layers (3) and patterned layer (4); It is stuck between the lower mold and the upper mold. In order to apply resin (5) to the closed mold and to distribute the applied resin homogeneously, resin (5) printing channels and vacuum channels are connected to the closed mold in question. In this way, resin (5) is transferred into the mold and the resin (5) is spread into the mold under negative pressure. After homogeneous distribution, the resin (5) is expected to cure. Upon completion of curing, the upper mold and lower mold are separated and a composite part (1) consisting of gelcoat layer (2), fiber layers (3), patterned layer (4), gelcoat layer (2) and resin (5) is obtained. Gel coat layer (2) coating can be applied only to the lower mold or only to the upper mold, or it can be applied to both molds. At least one of the gelcoat layer (2) coatings applied to the lower mold or the upper mold must be a transparent gelcoat layer (2) coating. If a transparent gelcoat layer (2) coating is applied to both the lower mold and the upper mold, the patterned layer (4) with the desired visual appearance can be seen from both surfaces due to transparency. However, as an alternative, it is also possible to apply a transparent gelcoat layer 36996.18 (2) to one of the lower and upper molds, while a colored gelcoat layer (2) is applied to the other. In this case, the patterned layer (4) with the desired visual appearance can only be seen from one surface. If desired, heating or heating-cooling processes can be applied to the upper and lower molds used. In one embodiment of the invention, an open mold is used. The open mold in question is covered with a gelcoat layer (2) as a surface and at least one fiber layer (3) is laid on the gelcoat layer (2). A patterned layer (4) with the desired visual appearance is placed on or under the laid fiber layers (3). In the next process step, resin (5) is applied to the structure consisting of fiber layers (3) and patterned layer (4) and the resin (5) in question is allowed to cure. Upon completion of curing, the composite part (1) consisting of gelcoat layer (2), fiber layers (3), patterned layer (4) and resin (5) is removed from the mold. In this embodiment of the invention, it is also possible to coat a gelcoat layer (2) on the structure consisting of laid fiber layers (3) and placed patterned layer (4). If a transparent gelcoat layer (2) is applied both on the mold and on the structure consisting of fiber layers (3) and patterned layer (4), the patterned layer (4) on both surfaces (in other words, the pattern on this patterned layer (4) A composite piece (1) in which ) can be seen is obtained. However, if a transparent gelcoat layer (2) is applied to one of the mentioned surfaces and a colored gelcoat layer (2) is applied to the other, a composite piece (1) is obtained, on which the patterned layer (4) (pattern) can be seen on only one surface. If desired, heating or heating-cooling processes can be applied to the molds used. Additionally, the patterned layer (4) in question can also be placed between the fiber layers (3). For this, at least two fiber layers (3) must be used in the open mold in question. This situation creates an advantage as it increases the possibility of damage to the patterned layer (4). In a different embodiment of the invention, a mold containing at least one vacuum bag is used. The mold in question is covered with a gelcoat layer (2) and more than one fiber layer (3) is laid on the gelcoat layer (2) formed on the mold. A patterned layer (4) with the desired visuality is placed on or under or between the laid fiber layers (3). In the next process step, a vacuum bag is placed on top and the mold is closed. In order to apply resin (5) to the closed mold and distribute the applied resin (5) homogeneously, resin (5) printing channels and vacuum channels are connected to the mold in question. In this way, resin (5) is transferred into the mold and the resin (5) is spread into the mold under negative pressure. After homogeneous distribution, the resin (5) is expected to cure. Once the curing is completed, the vacuum bag in question is separated from the mold and the composite part (1) is obtained.
