Abstract

Isıl işlemden (HT) geçmiş veya ısıl işlemden geçirilebilir bir kaplamalı materyal imal etme yöntemidir. Bir kaplamalı materyal imal etme yöntemi, en az bir karbon (ör. elmas benzeri karbon (DLC)) tabakası ya da karbon içeren tabaka ile kaplanmış bir cam altlığı ısıl işlemden geçirme ve üzerini koruyucu filmle kaplama adımı içerir. Bazı örnek düzenlemelerde, koruyucu film hem (a) bir oksijen blokaj veya bariyer tabakası, hem de (b) çinko oksit mamulü veya içeren bir ayırma tabakası mamulü olabilir veya içerebilir. Çinko oksit muhtevalı ayırma tabakasının oksijen içeren plazma ile işleme tabi tutulması (ör. iyon demetli işlem vasıtasıyla), ürünün termal kararlılığını ve/veya kalitesini arttırmaktadır. Isıl işlem (ör. ısıl temperleme veya benzeri) ardından ve/veya esnasında, koruyucu film tamamen veya kısmen çıkarılabilir.
