Abstract
İzosiyanat sonlu bir prepolimerin (I), primer veya sekonder bir hidrokdsil grubunu içeren bir epoksid bileşiğini (II) ihtiva eden bir epoksid reçine ile, glikol tutucu olarak anhidritlerin, ketonların ve aldehitlerin varlığında reaksiyona girmesini içeren şekilde, bir epoksid grubu tarafından sonlanan bir darbe dayanımı modifikatörünü içeren bir sıvı kauçuğun üretilmesi. (I), epoksid reçine ve glikol tutucu birbirleri ile karıştırılır veya epoksid reçine, bunların izosiyanat sonlu prepolimer ile karıştırılması öncesinde, glikol tutucu ile reaksiyona sokulur. Formülün (I) izosiyanat sonlu bir prepolimerinin, primer veya sekonder bir hidroksil grubunu içeren, formülün (II) bir epoksid bileşiğini ihtiva eden bir epoksid reçine ile, glikol tutucu olarak anhidritlerin, ketonların ve aldehitlerin varlığında reaksiyona girmesini içeren şekilde, bir epoksid grubu tarafından sonlanan bir darbe dayanımı modifikatörünü içeren bir sıvı kauçuğun üretilmesi. (I), epoksid reçine ve glikol tutucu birbirleri ile karıştırılır veya epoksid reçine, bunların izosiyanat sonlu prepolimer ile karıştırılması öncesinde, glikol tutucu ile reaksiyona sokulur. Y1 : terminal amino-, tiyol-, hidroksil-gruplarının uzaklaştırılması akabinde, bir reaktif polimerin n-valent radikali: 2, 3 veya 4, tercihen 2 veya 3; Y2 : izosiyanat gruplarının uzaklaştırılması akabinde, divalent radikal veya alifatik, sikloalifatik, aril veya aralifatik diizosiyanatlar veya izosiyanat gruplarının uzaklaştırılması akabinde, trimerlerin trivalant radikali veya alifatik, sikloalifatik, aril veya aralifatik diizosiyanatların biüretleri ve m: 1 veya 2; Y3 : primer veya sekonder hidroksil grubunun uzaklaştırılması akabinde, alifatik, sikloalifatik, aril veya aralifatik epoksidleri içeren primer veya sekonder hidroksil grupları ve q: 1-3. Bağımsız istemler, aşağıdakilere yönelik olarak içerilir: (1) yöntem sayesinde elde edilen, bir epoksid grubu ile sonlanan bir darbe dayanımı modifikatörünü içeren sıvı kauçuk ve (2) sıvı kauçuk içeren şekilde, bir komponentli epoksid reçine yapıştırıcı madde veya iki komponentli epoksid reçine yapıştırıcı madde bileşimi.
