Abstract

Burada 8-100 nm'lik bir hidrodinamik çapa (Dh) sahip olan, bir orta kısım ve bir çevresel kısım içeren bir globüler nanoyapı açıklanmakta olup, burada; söz konusu orta kısım 6-90 nm'lik bir hesaplanmış çapa (Dc) sahiptir ve söz konusu çevresel kısım Dh=Dc+2Tp olacak şekilde tahmini bir kalınlığa (Tp) sahip olması, burada söz konusu orta kısım aşağıdaki unsurları içermektedir: (i) monomer kalıntıları içeren bir çapraz bağlı polimerik çerçeve, burada monomer kalıntılarının sayıca en az %30'u çapraz bağlanmaktadır böylelikle çapraz bağlı polimerik çerçeve oluşturmaktadır ve/veya (ii) monomer kalıntıları içeren bir dallanmış polimerik çerçeve, burada dal noktalarının sayısı monomer kalıntılarının en az %30'udur, burada söz konusu orta kısım en az 4'ü çok yüklü en az bir katyonun şelasyonuna olanak sağlayan şelatlayıcı gruplar içermektedir, burada söz konusu şelatlayıcı gruplar -COOR1, -P=O(OR1)(OR2) ve -S(=O)2OR1'den oluşan gruptan bağımsız olarak seçilmektedir, burada R1 ve R2, bir negatif yük, H, düşük alkiller ve arilden oluşan gruptan bağımsız olarak seçilmektedir ve burada söz konusu çevresel kısım orta kısma kovalent olarak eklenen bir sentetik polimer malzeme içermektedir, burada sentetik polimer malzeme hidrofilik ve biyoinerttür ve elektriksel olarak nötr veya zwitteriyoniktir.
