Abstract

İç tahmin içeren bir video kodunu çözme usulü. Usul şunları içerir: bir alınan bit akışından kodlanmış video bloğundaki semboller ayrıştırılırken bloktaki bir en olası mod (MPM) bayrağının ayrıştırılması; MPM bayrağına göre bloğun iç tahmin modunu tahmin etmek için sayısı sabit olan birden fazla aday iç tahmin modunun kullanılıp kullanılmadığının belirlenmesi; MPM bayrağına göre birden fazla aday iç tahmin modu kullanıldığı belirlendiği takdirde, bloğun sembollerinin ayrıştırılması bittikten sonra ayrıştırılan semboller kullanılarak bloğun iç tahmin modu tekrar oluşturulurken bloğa komşu olan bir sol blok ve bir üst bloğun iç tahmin modlarına göre sayıları sabit olan birden fazla aday iç tahmin modunun belirlenmesi.

TARIFNAME IÇ TAHMIN ILE VIDEO KODU ÇÖZMEK IÇIN USUL Teknik Alan Mevcut bulus iç tahmin kullanarak bir videonun kodlanmasi ve kodunun çözülmesi ile Teknik Ile Ilgili Bilinen Hususlar Yüksek çözünürlüklü veya yüksek kaliteli video içerigini yeniden olusturmaya ve depolamaya yönelik donaniin gelistirildikçe ve tedarik edildikçe, yüksek çözünürlüklü veya yüksek kaliteli video içerigini verimli biçimde kodlamaya veya kodunu çözmeye yönelik bir Video kodegine (kodlayici/kod çözücü) ihtiyaç artmaktadir. Bir geleneksel Video kodeginde, bir video önceden belirlenmis bir boyuta sahip bir makro-bloga dayanan bir sinirli kodlama usulüne göre kodlanir. Bir uzamsal alan görüntü verisi frekans dönüstürme kullanilarak bir frekans alani katsayilarina dönüstürülür. Bir video kodegi, frekans dönüsümünü hizli gerçeklestirmek için bir görüntüyü önceden belirlenmis boyutlardaki bloklar halinde böler ve blok biriminin frekans katsayisini kodlamak için her blok üzerinde ayrik kosinüs dönüsümü (DCT) gerçeklestirir. Uzamsal alan görüntü verisinin sikistirilmasiyla karsilastirildiginda &ekans alaninin katsayilarinin sikistirilmasi kolaydir.
