Buluç özellikle çeker endüstrisinde sulu ve çekerli bir içlem ortam nda mikroorganizmalarla mücadele etmek için aktif madde olarak çerbetçiotu asidinin devreye sokularak uyguland G bir yöntemle ilgilidir, bu esnada çerbetçiotu asidi sulu alkalik bir ortam içinde solüsyon haline getirilip içlem ortam na kat l r, bu arada kat lan solüsyonun pH-deGeri içlem ortam n n pH-deGerinden daha yüksektir ve çerbetçiotu asidi içlem ortam içinde çözülmüç halden çözülmemiç hale geçer.
