Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás mikroorganizmusok leküzdésérecukortartalmú, vizes eljárásközegben, különösen a cukorgyártásbankomlósav mint hatóanyag hozzáadásával, amely abban áll, hogy akomlósavat vizes, alkálikus közegben oldatba víve adják azeljárásközeghez, miközben a hozzáadott oldat pH-értéke magasabb, mintaz eljárásközeg pH-értéke, és a komlósav az eljárásközegbendisszociált formából nem disszociált formába megy át.
