Abstract

Mevcut bulus hidrokolloit bir sekerleme ürününün hazirlanmasina mahsus bir yöntemi açiklamakta olup, bir veya daha fazla hidrokolloitin ve nihai ürünün geriye kalan içerik maddelerinin karistirilmasini, bu sekilde elde edilen formülasyon karisiminin pisirilmesini, pismis kütlenin sekillendirilmesini ve pismis kütle içindeki hidrokolloitin jellesmesinin saglanmasini ihtiva eder. Mevcut bulus ayrica yukarida geçen yönteme uygun olarak hazirlanmis bir hidrokolloit sekerleme ürününü de açiklamaktadir.
