Abstract
1,3-iki ikameli-4-oksosiklik ürelerin yapimi ile ilgili bir yöntem bu genel formül (I)'e sahiptir ve bahsi geçen üre, yönteme uygun olarak ara mamullerin yalitilmasina gerek kalmadan yapilir ve yöntem su basamaklardan olusur; (Ia) 1-ikameli-4-oksosiklik ürenin asgari iki birakma grubu ihtiva eden bir karbon zinciri ile bir yumusak baz ve çözücü mevcudiyetinde asgari bir birakma grubu ihtiva eden bir yaklastirici olusturmak maksadiyla tepkimeye sokulmasi (Ib) yaklastiricinin bir 1,3-iki ikameli-4-oksosiklik üre olusturmak için bir amin ile yogunlastirilmasi ve (II) 1,3-iki ikameli-4-oksosiklik ürenin geri kazanilmasi. Yöntem bilhassa 1[[[5-(4-Klorofenil)-2-furanil] metilen]amino]-3-[4-(4-metil-1-piperazinil)bütil) -2,4-imidazolidindion yapiminda tercih edilir.
