Abstract

Mideye ve/veya on iki parmak bagirsagina ait mukozaya yapiskan eczacilik komposizyonu bu bulusa göre pH7a bagimli yapisma özelligini göstermekte böylece asitli kosullar altinda sindirme ait bölgenin mukozasi üzerine dogrudan yapismakta ve ilacin preparasyondan mideye ve/veya on iki parmak bagirsagina ait mukozaya dogrudan serbest birakilmasini saglayan sindirime ait bölgede yüksek alikoyulma süresine sahip olmakta; ve bu kompozisyon ayrica ilacin sürekli serbest birakilmasina ve aktif malzemelerin mideye ve/veya on iki parmak bagirsagina ait mukoza içine etkili geçisine izin veren kontrollü serbest birakilma özelligini göstermektedir. Preparasyonun yüksek güvenlige sahip olabilmesi ve aktif malzemelerin kullanimina izin vermesi için yeterli etkiler daha düsük doz uygulamasi ile elde edilir.
