Abstract

Bulus, kaplanmis peroksijen bilesiklerinin, özel olarak da sodyum perkarbonatin akiskan yatakla kaplanarak hazirlanma yöntemiyle ilgilidir. Yatay zemine göre 35 ' den küçük açiyla duran ve akiskanlastirici gazin giris bölgesinde ortaya çikmasina olanak veren, dalgalar gibiyönelmis durumdaki giris delikleri ve üzerinde akiskanlastirici gazin yönüyle ayni tarafa dönük püskürtme memeleri bulunan radyal bir akis zeminine sahip bir akiskan yatak reaktörü kullanilarak, aktif oksijen stabilitesi artirilmis ürünler elde etmek mümkündür. Akis zemininin katmanlarinin türbin kanatlari gibi üstüstebindigi ve memelerin akiskan yatagin dönüs yönünde dizildigi dairesel bir reaktör tercih edilir.
