Abstract

Bu bulus sülfür oksit ve toz içeren atik gazdan sülfür oksit ve tozun bir sogurma kulesi yoluyla uzaklastirilmasi için bir baca gazi iyilestirme islemi saglar. Bu sogurma kulesi içine alkalin ajani içeren sogurma sivisi püskürtülmüstür. Toz biriktirme plakalari ve tahliye elektrodlari içeren toz biriktirme aleti ile ve toz biriktirme aleti yoluyla biriktirilen tozun temizlenmesi için toz ayirma aleti ile bütün olarak sekillenen sogurma kulesi bu yolla basamakli olarak teçhizatlandirilmistir. Toz biriktirme aleti içindeki atik gazin iyilestirilmesi ve sonra toz uzaklastirma ve desülfürizasyon yoluyla sogurma kulesindeki atik gazin temizlenmesi, toz ayirma aleti yoluyla toplanan tozun temizlenmesi sirasinda gerçeklestirilir. Yani, desülfürizasyon ve toz uzaklastirma islemi basit bir yolla gerçeklestirilebilir, ve yukari akinti yönünde yerlestirilmis elektrostatik çökelticinin hacmi azaltilabilir.
