Abstract

Bu bulus, 250 g/l'den düsük bir kütle yogunluguna sahip bir köpükle ilgilidir; bu köpük, havada, en azindan 15 saniye (ve tercihan en azindan 30 saniye) düzeyinde olan bir stabiliteye sahiptir; bu stabilite iç çapi 111 mm ve iç yüksekligi 62 mm olan cam kapta ölçülen, köpügün, hacmi yariya inecek sekilde içine çökmesi için geçen süre olarak belirlenmektedir; söz konusu köpük, 20 C'taki suyun üzerinde 2 saatten daha kisa olan bir stabiliteye sahiptir ve bu stabilite, iç çapi 111 mm ve iç yüksekligi 62 mm olan bir cam kap içindeki 450 ml damitik suyun yüzeyi üzerindeki 150 ml köpük kütlesinin, su yüzeyinde 2 cm çapinda bir alan köpükten esas itibariyle ari hale gelecek sekilde içine çökmesi için geçen süre olarak belirlenmektedir.
