Abstract

เปลือกเปลือกแคบซูลแข็งของไคโตซานและแป้ง ประกอบด้วย สารละลายไคโตซาน ความเข้มข้น 1.0 ถึง 3.0 % โดยน้ำหนักต่อปริมาตร ปริมาณ 1.00-47.37 เปอร์เซ็นต์โดย น้ำหนัก และ แป้งเปียกที่มีความเข้มข้น 10 ถึง 30 % โดยน้ำหนักต่อปริมาตร ปริมาร 42.63-89.0 เปอร์เซ็นต์โดยน้ำหนัก พลาสติกไซเซอร์ปริมาณ 0.50-10.00 % โดยน้ำหนัก กรดน้ำส้มเข้มข้น 1.0 % โดยปริมาตร/ปริมาตร โซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์ ความเข้มข้น 0.5 นอร์ มัล ซึ่งขั้นตอนการทำเปลือกแคปซูลมีดังนี้ การผลิตเปลือกแคปซูลแข็ง โดยการจุ่มแบบพิมพ์ แคปซูลลงในสารผสมไคโตซานและแป้งดังกล่าวในระยะเวลา 30-60 วินาที แล้วยกแบบพิมพ์ ไปจุ่มลงในสารละลาย 0.5 นอร์มัลของโซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์เพื่อให้เกิดการเป็นแคปซูลอ่อน แล้วนำแบบพิมพ์ไปจุ่มลงในน้ำสะอาดเพื่อล้างด่างสวนเกินออกไป และ การปรับความหนาของ เปลือกแคปซูลทำโดยการทำซ้ำ 1-20 ครั้ง แล้วนำเปลือกแคปซูลอ่อนที่ได้มาทำให้แห้ง และ แกะเปลือกแคปซูลแข็งออกจากแบบพิมพ์ ก็จะได้เปลือกแคปซูลแข็งของไคโตซานและแป้งตามต้องการ ให้มีความเข้มข้น และ แป้งเปียกที่มีความเข็มข้น 10 ถึง 30% w/v และ กรรมวิธีการเตรียมสารผสมของไตโตซาน-แป้ง โดยนำสรละลายไคโตซานมาผสมกับแป้งเปียกในอัตราส่วนต่างในช่วงระหว่าง 9010 ถึง 10:90 ไคโตซาน-แป้งมาเติมพลาสติกไซเซอร์ที่ความเข็มข้น 0.5 ? 10.0% โดยน้ำหนัก ขั้นตอนการทำเปลือกแคบซูลมีดังนี้ การผลิตเปลือกแคปซูลโดยจุ่มแบบแข็งโดยการจุ่มแบบพิมพ์แคปซูลลงในสารผสมไคโตซานและแป้งดังกล่าวในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม แล้วยกแบบพิมพ์ไปจุ่มลงในสารละลาย 0.5 นอร์มอลของโซเดียวไฮดรอกไซด์เพื่อให้เกิดการเป็นแคบซูลอ่อน แล้วนำแบบพิมพ์ไปจุ่มลงในน้ำเพื่อล้างต่างส่วนเกิดนออกไป และ การปรับความหนาของเปลือกแคปซูลทำโดยการเตรียมเปลือกแคปซูลจากวิธีการข้างต้นให้มีจำนวนขั้นที่เหมาะสม แล้วนำเปลือกแคปซูลอ่อนที่ได้มาทำให้แห้ง และแกะเปลือกแคปซูลแข็งออกจากแบบพิมพ์:Hard capsule shell of chitosan and starch consist of chitosan solution in the concentration of 1.0 to 3.0 % by weight by volume, amount of 1.00-47.37 % by weight and wet starch in the concentration of 10 to 30 % by weight by volume, amount of 42.63-89.0 % by weight, plasticizer in the amount of 0.50-10.00 % by weight, acetic acid concentrated 1.0 % by volume/volume, sodium hydroxide in the concentration of 0.5 N. The steps in making capsule shells are as follows: Production of hard capsule shells by dipping the capsule mold into the chitosan and starch mixture for 30-60 seconds, then lifting the mold and dipping it into 0.5 N sodium hydroxide solution to form soft capsules, then dipping the mold into clean water to wash off excess alkali, and adjusting the thickness of Capsule shell is made by repeating 1-20 times, then dry the soft capsule shells and remove the hard capsule shells from the mold. The resulting hard capsule shells of chitosan and starch are obtained with the desired concentration and wet starch with a concentration of 10 to 30% w/v. The preparation method of chitosan-starch mixtures is by mixing chitosan solution with wet starch in a ratio between 9010 and 10:90. Chitosan-starch is added with a plasticizer at a concentration of 0.5 to 10.0% by weight. The steps in making capsule shells are as follows: Production of capsule shells by hard dipping by dipping the capsule mold into the said chitosan and starch mixture for an appropriate period of time, then lifting the mold and dipping it in 0.5 N sodium hydroxide solution to form a soft capsule, then dipping the mold in water to wash away the excess, and adjusting the thickness of the capsule shell by preparing the capsule shell using the above method with an appropriate number of steps, then drying the soft capsule shells. And remove the hard capsule shell from the mold:

Claims

1. Artificial chitosan/starch hard capsule shells consisting of chitosan in concentration of 1.0 to 3.0% w/v, 1.00- 47.37% w/v, starch in concentration of 10.0 to 30.0% w/v, 42.63- 89.0% w/v, plasticizer 0.50-10.00% w/v, acetic acid concentrate 1.0% v/v, sodium hydroxide in concentration of 0.5 normus.

2. The process of producing a hard capsule shell from chitosan mixed with starch according to claim 1 has the following steps: a. Stir the chitosan solution and sludge together for 4 hours using a magnetic stirrer at (room) temperature 20-30 °C; b. Mix the chitosan obtained from A with wet starch and plasticizer, respectively; c. Dip the mixture obtained from B into a capsule mold for 30-60 seconds, lift the mold and dip it into sodium hydroxide solution and wash off excess alkali with water; repeat 1-20 times; dry and remove the hard capsule shell from the mold.
