The vehicle further comprises: A frame having a first and second frame section, the first frame section extending generally vertically and the second frame section extending generally horizontally and to the rear from the top of the first frame section, a seat to be supported by the second frame section, a power unit to be arranged to power the vehicle, said power unit to be located under the seat, a side cover to be arranged to cover the second frame section, said side cover extending generally parallel to the second frame section, a support member extending from the first frame section to be under the side cover and above the power unit, and a footrest extending from said support member. 1 The vehicle as defined in claim 14 is such that the support member extends in an upward angle and to the rear from the first frame section. 1 The vehicle as defined in claim 14 is such that the first frame section is supported pivotally by the power unit. 1 The vehicle as defined in claim 14 further comprises a footboard extending in front of the first frame section, a footboard having a generally horizontal surface, and an extension having a horizontal surface that is flush with the horizontal surface of the footboard. 1. The vehicle of claim 14 is such that the footrests are pivotally attached to the extension member to move between the extended and retracted positions, the extension member comprises a rear portion that is at a higher position than the middle portion, and a third portion that receives the footrests in the retracted position. 1. The vehicle of claim 14 is such that the attachment member comprises a foot-guiding portion that extends generally rearward and is arranged behind the footrests. 2. The vehicle of claim 14 is such that the power unit comprises an engine and a transmission coupled to the engine.
