Abstract

The DC60 wheeled vehicle consists of a frame with first and second frame sections, with the first frame section extending vertically and the second frame section extending horizontally and to the rear from the top of the first frame section. The seat is supported by a second frame section. The power unit is arranged under the seat to power the vehicle. The mounting brackets extend from either the first or second frame section. The footrests extend from the mounting brackets and the foot guides extend from the mounting brackets from either the first or second frame section, or from the top of the power unit. The vehicle comprises a frame having a first and second frame section, the first frame section extending generally vertically and the second frame section extending generally horizontally and to the rear from the top of the first frame section, a seat to be supported by the second frame section, a power unit to be arranged under the seat to power the vehicle, a support to extend from one of the first and second frame sections, and a footrest to extend from said support, and a footrest to extend from one of the support, the first frame section, the second frame section and the top of the power unit. 2. The vehicle according to claim 1 is such that the support extends at an angle upwards and to the rear from the first frame section. 3. The vehicle according to claim 2 is such that the footrest extends rearward from said support. 4. The vehicle according to claim 3 is such that the footrest extends rearward from the rear end of the support. 5. The vehicle according to claim 1 is such that the footrest comprises a section 6. The vehicle of claim 1 is such that the footrests are rotatably attached to the mount so as to be able to move between the extended and retracted positions, the mount comprising a receiver arranged to receive the footrests in the retracted position, and the footrests are rotatably extended from the rear of said receiver. 8. The vehicle of claim 1 is such that the footrests are rotatably attached to the rear surface of the mount. 9. The vehicle of claim 8 is such that the footrests are rotatably attached to the rear surface of the mount. with a support to enable movement between the extended and retracted positions 1 0. The vehicle according to claim 1 further comprises a second footrest, a frame to be arranged to support the second footrest, the second footrest extending forward relative to the first footrest 1 1. The vehicle according to claim 1 is such that the footrest is rearward at the footrest 1 2. The vehicle according to claim 1 is such that the first frame portion supports a rotating power unit 1 3. The vehicle according to claim 1 further comprises a side cover arranged to cover a second frame portion, the side cover extending with respect to the second frame portion to create a gap between the bottom of the side cover and the top of the power unit 1 4. The vehicle according to claim 1 is such that the power unit comprises an engine and a transmission coupled to the engine 1 6. The wheeled vehicle comprises A frame having a first and second frame sections wherein the first frame section extends generally vertically and the second frame section extends generally horizontally and to the rear from the top of the first frame section; a seat to be supported by a second frame section; an engine unit to be arranged beneath the seat to power the vehicle; a side cover to be arranged to cover the second frame section, the engine unit, and the side cover together to form an intermediate space; a support portion extending from one of the first and second frame sections into said space; a footrest extending from said support portion, and a foot guide arranged at the rear of the footrest and situated in said space 1 . 7. The vehicle as defined in claim 16 is such that the foot guide portion extends from support portion 1 . 8. The vehicle as defined in claim 16 is such that the foot guide portion extends obliquely upwards and to the rear from the first frame section 2 . 0. The vehicle as defined in claim 16 is such that the foot guide portion comprises a support portion extending from the top of the engine unit 2 1. The vehicle as defined in claim 16, wherein the foot-guiding portion comprises a first projection extending from the mounting portion and a second projection extending from the top of the engine unit 2. 2. The vehicle as defined in claim 16, wherein the first frame section supports a rotating engine unit.
