The manufacturing process for sinking pelletized tilapia feed, as per either claim 1 or 2, involves the following steps: a. Dry the raw materials for sinking pelletized tilapia feed, consisting of mealworm meal, fish meal, broken rice, corn starch, tapioca starch, soybean meal, multivitamin and mineral supplement, and table salt, at 60°C for 48 hours. b. Grind the dried mealworms, broken rice, corn kernels, and soybean meal from step a finely grind them using a grinder, passing them through a 1 mm sieve. c. Mix the raw materials from steps a and b using a feed mixer for 15 minutes until homogeneous, then add water to adjust the moisture content to 30 percent. d. Pelletize the mixture from step c using a pelletizer, passing it through a 2.0 mm pore sieve. e. Air dry the pelleted feed from step d for 15 minutes to cool it down, then bake it in an oven at 60°C for 12 hours to obtain sinking pelletized tilapia feed.
