Fish feed formula using Sacha Inchi meal instead of soybean meal is as follows: Fishmeal at a rate of 4 percent by weight, Soybean meal at a rate of 42 percent by weight, Sacha Inchi meal (1) at a rate of 11 percent by weight, Gluten at a rate of 4 percent by weight, Corn at a rate of 9.3 percent by weight, Rice flour at a rate of 5 percent by weight, Rice bran at a rate of 17.2 percent by weight, Fish oil at a rate of 4 percent by weight, Minerals and amino acids essential for fish at a rate of 3.5 percent by weight. 2. A fish feed formula using Inca peanut meal instead of soybean meal according to claim 1, wherein the Inca peanut meal preparation process has the following steps: a. The Inca peanut is heated by extrusion at 80 °C for 2 minutes, at a moisture content of 2030 percent, at a speed of 200 rpm, at a pressure of 0.11 bar, and then dried at 105 °C until dry; b. The product obtained from A is sieved using a 30-mesh sieve, and clean water is added; c. The product obtained from B is fed into a pellet machine, passing through a 3-millimeter diameter screen, cutting the pellets to approximately the same size; d. The product obtained from C is baked at a temperature of 6080 °C for 24 hours.
