The manufacturing process involves mixing calcium carbonate, sorbitol, menthol, and camphor together to obtain the first mixture. Clove oil, peppermint oil, guava leaf extract, aloe vera extract, apple extract, coconut oil, borneol, water, and fragrance are then mixed together to form the second mixture. The first and second mixtures are then combined until a thick consistency is achieved. The mixture is then subjected to a vacuum mixing process with continuous stirring at a high temperature. After the specified time, the air is removed until a vacuum is reached. The product is then cooled, baked, stored in a toothpaste storage tank, filtered, and finally packaged.

Concentrated herbal toothpaste containing the following ingredients: - Calcium carbonate 53.00% by weight - Sorbitol 28.00% by weight - Menthol 5.00% by weight - Camphor 1.50% by weight - Clove oil 2.50% by weight - Peppermint oil 1.50% by weight - Guava leaf extract 2.10% by weight - Aloe vera extract 2.00% by weight - Apple extract 0.60% by weight - Coconut oil 0.50% by weight - Borneol 2.50% by weight - Water 0.30% by weight - Fragrance 0.50% by weight 2. Concentrated herbal toothpaste as per claim 1, where the fragrance is selectable from mangosteen, coconut, clove, and charcoal flavors. 3. The manufacturing process for concentrated herbal toothpaste under claim 1 or 2 consists of the following steps: a. The dry components, consisting of calcium carbonate, sorbitol, menthol, and camphor, are mixed in a mixer to grind them into a powder. b. The liquid components, consisting of clove oil, peppermint oil, guava leaf extract, aloe vera extract, apple extract, coconut oil, borneol, water, and fragrance, are mixed and stirred in a liquid mixer. c. The mixtures from step a and step b are mixed in a homogenizer, stirring at a speed of 200-250 rpm at a temperature of 70-80°C until a thick consistency is achieved. d. The mixture from step c is then mixed in a vacuum mixer, stirring at 30-60°C for 1-2 hours, and then the air is removed until a vacuum is achieved. e. The removed mixture from step d is then cooled. The mixture is then baked at 45 degrees Celsius. After that, the resulting mixture is transferred to a toothpaste filtering tank and then to a packaging machine.
