ผลิตภัณฑ์จากเปลือกกาแฟเชอร์รี่ ที่แปรรูปในลักษณะเป็นผงจากเปลือกกาแฟเชอร์รี่ เป็นผงชาที่แปรรูป มาจากผลกาแฟเชอร์รีสดนำไปสีด้วยเครื่องสีที่ประหยัดน้ำ จะได้เปลือกกาแฟกับส่วนของเนื้อผลกาแฟเชอร์รี่ นำ ส่วนที่เรียกว่า เปลือกกาแฟเชอร์รี่มาทำเป็นผลชาจากเปลือกกาแฟเชอร์รี่ ที่ผ่านการอบแห้งและบดละเอียดให้มี ขนาดอนุภาคเล็กซึ่งสามารถละลายในน้ำได้และมีลักษณะเป็นสีน้ำตาลซึ่งมีสารเรียกว่า สารต้านอนุมูล อิสระ (Antioxidant) และสารต้านอนุมูลอิสระชะลอความแก่ ช่วยต้านมะเร็ง ลดระดับของ คอลเคสเตอรอลและไกตกลีเซอไรด์ ในเลือด กระตุ้นระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน ช่วยต้านแบคทีเรีย ไวรัส และสามารถ ป้องกันฟันผุ

1.ผลิตภัณฑ์จากเปลือกกาแฟเชอร์รี่ ที่ซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นผงจากเปลือกกาแฟเชอร์รี่ ที่ผ่านการอบแห้งและ บดละเอียดให้มีอนุภาคขนาดเล็กซึ่งสามารถละลายในน้ำได้และมีลักษณะเป็นสีน้ำตาล ค่าความชื้นไม่ เกิน 18 เปอร์เซนต์
