Description

The subject of the invention is a device for preserving leather raw materials by tucking using a brine bath to horizontal paddle drums for mixing leather raw materials.

The proposed device allows a continuous processing of the hides.

The feature of the device is that the bath is made in the form of two closed channels of elliptical shape, located between the loading chamber and the discharge chamber and separated from the latter, as well as one from the other by hinged dampers.

The loading chamber has a swiveling plate ejector and a paddle drum for feeding the leather into the bath when the damper is open, and the unloading chamber a lifting cassette. Concrete pipes are laid along the bottom of the bath, supplying fresh brine. Spent brine flows through the chute installed at the top of the tub.

The device is equipped with a brine bath consisting of two channels, a loading chamber and a vacuum chamber.

Thus, with the sequential transfer of raw materials from the loading chamber 3 into the channel /, then into the channel 2 and from it into the discharge chamber 4, a continuous processing of the leather raw material takes place.
