Description

The object of the invention is a tanning device for preserving tanning raw materials consisting of a brine bath in which the tanning raw material is moved by a mechanical impact, a loading chamber and an unloading chamber.

The proposed device for preserving hides and skins has a more complex construction and makes it possible to heap individual batches of hides with different durations or simultaneously to hell different types of raw materials.

A feature of the device is that the bath is made in the form of an annular channel into which blades are vertically lowered, mounted by means of a cross on a vertical shaft and forming compartments communicating by means of gates of a spherical type with a loading chamber and an unloading chamber.

Frequently batching batches of raw materials are discharged into the perforated lifting cassette 10 of the unloading chamber 4. Compressed air is used to accelerate the unloading into the lower zone of the bath, which is also used for periodic mixing of brine and hides.

The perforated cassette loaded with skins is first raised above the brine level to drain the latter from the skins, and then it is transported to the place of further processing of the skins.
