Description
13 do is used for the flotation of barium-polkvvallicheskoy ore. . In tab. 1 presented. 1. 1 results. The degree of j-aiCTKH o6opOTHO s liquid glass (SiO2) and fatty acid collector depending on the order of sorbetg in the purification of water. From the Ana, 1 of the presented pgzulyat table. 1 it can be seen that the degree of purification of the reverse WATER from liquid glass and fatty acid collector is determined by the sorption layer of reagents introduced into the purification process in a specific sequence. Introduction of one ash is practical:; .. ::: ke has a content of liquid with water that has flowed in the water, and the concentration of fatty acid collector also remains a high high of 1.6 mg / l. The combination of cilumic a-G umini and ash makes it possible to reduce the content of liquid glass to 44 mg 1–1. The acidic sabd body to 1.05 nVl. However, this degree of purification is insufficient. The best results in terms of purification of recycled water are given by the combination of ash, sodium carbonate and aluminum sulphate used in the following sequence; aluminum sulphate, sodium carbonate and ash G; The conditions of the water content of the liquid glass and fatty acid collector are: the lowest obtained: 15 and 0.204 lg / l. If the reagents are introduced in reverse order, first, ash, then carbonate carbonate, and the final sulfur dioxide, in a reverse order, the maintenance of the containment of liquid glass water to the fatty acid collector is increased twice. Table. Table 2 presents the results of the degree of the eye ;; TC: circulating water from liquid glass L of a fatty collector, depending on the generated pH of the circulating water As follows; s; 2, CTSkMis had the smallest oxygen-collecting collector and 55, after purifying the recycled water g (the preferred method is found in oOJiacTb of the weakly acidic medium 6-7.5. The effect of the purification rate of circulating water was tested during the flotation of barito-polymetallic ore, and there was no success. Without purification of the fatty acid collector, the recycled water cannot be used by the sulfide cycle. In this case, the sulfide concentrate is obtained; it is of very poor quality. With the recycled water, one aluminum sulphate, aluminum sulphate and soda residual fatty acid collector is reduced to 1.85 and 1.50 mg / l, respectively, but is still quite high, resulting in 3.2–3.5% of barite in the sulfide concentrate. Lupia selectivity of flotation is achieved in the case of processing circulating water with aluminum sulphate, sodium carbonate to a pH of 67, 5. and ashes. Changing the order in which these reagents are supplied during the purification of water from the barite cycle leads to a decrease in the quality of the sulphide south concentrate produced during the flotation of barite-polymetallic ore in closed water conditions. In comparison with the known method of purification of circulating water, the advantage of the proposed method is to increase the degree of purification of circulating water from liquid glass and fatty acid collector, reduce the consumption of reagents used in purification of circulating water, improve the selectivity of the flotation process of barite-polymetallic ore in a sulfide cycle in a closed water circulation by increasing the quality of concentrate and reducing the loss of barite sulfide concentrate by 4 abs.%.
