Качество полировки изделий на прот жении всех циклов хорошее, полирующа способность травильного раствора держитс на посто нном уровне.30 the number of regeneration cycles, which reduces the performance of the polishing process. The aim of the invention is to increase productivity. The goal is achieved by the method of polishing glass products in a closed container, which includes pouring pickling solution and pickling products at an overpressure, draining pickling solution and washing glassware, draining while simultaneously supplying concentrated sulfuric acid in a dispersed state; . 1.4-60 g per liter of pickling solution, moreover, drainage and washing of glassware is carried out at an overpressure. Supply of concentrated sulfuric acid in a finely dispersed state during the operation of draining the pickling solution allows you to absorb hydrofluoric acid vapors formed during the discharge of the pickling solution, return them to the solution and remove the remains of the polishing solution from the surface of glassware, which prevents its matting. At the same time, a constant concentration of sulfuric acid in the pickling solution is maintained, which favorably affects its polishing ability. Conducting all operations of the polishing process under overpressure reduces the time for each subsequent polishing cycle of glassware compared to the known method and increases the number of polishing cycles. without reinforcement of the herbal solution with acids, which improves the process productivity. The drawing shows schematically an apparatus for carrying out the method. The device contains a tank 1 with a lid 2, inside which a rotating perforated drum 4 is placed on the shaft 3. The tank is equipped with nozzles for pouring 5 and for discharging pickling solution 6, nozzles for pouring 7 and releasing 8 washing solutions and a nozzle 9 for feeding chi concentrated sulfuric acid. Glass articles are loaded into a rotating perforated drum 4. The lid 2 of the reservoir 1 is hermetically sealed. Along the nozzle 5, a pickling solution is fed to the tank 1. The chopping houses 6–9 are blocked. Having finished pouring the pickling solution, they overlap the nozzle 5 and etch the products, the tank 1 is hermetically closed and an overpressure is created which is maintained during all subsequent operations. After the pickling operation is completed, the nozzles 6 and 9 are opened and the sulfuric acid is supplied to the tank 1 acid in a fine state through the pipe 9 and drain the pickling solution through the pipe 6. Then, blocking the pipes 6 and 9, the pipe 7 is opened, the washing solution is poured into the tank, washed The washing solution is poured off and poured over the pipe 7 and opened the pipes 8. The polished glass products are unloaded from the drum and the process is repeated. Example 1. Stekloizdeli load into the drum, seal the container and after pouring the pickling solution in an amount of 500 liters carried out etching for 2 minutes. The overpressure is maintained at 500 mm of water. The concentration of acids in the initial solution is 8.5% HP and 59.1% HjSO, and after etching, 0.43% HF and 59.02% HjSO. At the time of discharge, dispersed 96% sulfuric acid in an amount of 14 g is fed to the tank per liter, which is 0.7 kg. Thereafter, the acid concentration is 8.4% HF and 59.19%. Example 2 The process is carried out as in Example 1, but the initial acid concentration is 8.8% HF and 62.9%, and after etching operations of 8.3% HF and 59% HgSO. The process is carried out at an excess pressure of 1600 mm water column and etching for 5 minutes. During the discharge operation, 96% sulfuric acid is fed in an amount of 60 g / l, which is 30 kg. The acid concentration after draining is 7.8% HF and 62.91. Froze The slides are loaded into a perforated drum and, after pouring the pickling solution into the tank, etching is carried out for 3 minutes. Excess pressure during the operation support 1000 KBvi water. At the end of the pickling operation, the feed is made with concentrated sulfuric acid and the pickling solution is drained. The concentration of acids in the pickling solution before polishing is 9.8% HF and 62.02% 2504, after draining 9.7% HF and 62.1%. After the product has been progressed, they are unloaded from the drum and loaded with another batch. The process is repeated. The acid concentration in the pickling solution when polishing the second batch of products is 9.5% HF and 62.1% HjSO. During the work shift, 10 polishing cycles are performed. At the end of the tenth cycle, the acid concentration was 8.03% HF and 63%. The quality of polishing products throughout all cycles is good, the polishing ability of the pickling solution is kept at a constant level.
Таким образом,результаты сравнени данных известного и предлагаемого способов свидетельствуют о том, что врем на операцию травлени сокращаетс почти вдвое.Thus, the results of a comparison of the data of the known and proposed methods indicate that the time for the etching operation is reduced almost by half.
63%.If, according to a known method, after 7-8 cycles of polishing, the concentration of acids drops - hydrofluoric to 4-5.5%, sulfuric to 55%, then according to the proposed method, after the tenth polishing cycle, the concentration of HF in the pickling solution is 8.03, and HjiSO j as a result of regular. the reinforcement of the solution during the discharge operation is 63%.
Экономический эффект от использовани предлагаемого способа поливроки стекл нных изделий составл ет 167,34 тыс.руб. в год.The economic effect from the use of the proposed method of polishing glass products is 167.34 thousand rubles. in year.
