Description

Известный разомкнутый способ сушки фрезерного торфа отход щими от котла газами обладает р дом недостатков: значительными потер ми от уноса мелких фракций топлива при отделении газов от торфа после процесса подсушки, незначительной скоростью сушки и т. д. Указанный способ, будучи применен к подсушке фрезерного торфа, как топлива, содержашего значительную долю мелких фракций, образующихс  в процессе его добычи, уменьшает к.п.д. котельной и вызывает засорение окрестностей станции фрезерной крошкой.The known open-ended method of drying milled peat with gases from the boiler has several drawbacks: significant losses from the entrainment of small fractions of fuel during the separation of gases from peat after the drying process, a slight drying rate, etc. This method, being applied to drying milled peat as a fuel containing a significant proportion of small fractions formed in the process of its extraction, it reduces the efficiency factor. boiler room and causes clogging of the surroundings of the station with milling chips.

Применение предлагаемого способа дает возможность устранить указанные недостатки. Достигаетс  это тем, что фрезерный торф перед сушкой пропускают через грохот, где происходит отделение крупных фракций, и через отвеиваюшую трубу, где отдел ютс  наиболее мелкие фракции. Таким образом, еще до процесса сушки торф раздел етс  на три части;The application of the proposed method makes it possible to eliminate these disadvantages.
