Изобретение относитс к промыщлённости строительных материалов, в част ности к устройствам дл варки промышленных стекол. Известна электрическа стекловаренна печь, содержаща пластинчатые электроды,- размещенные на определенном рассто нии между собой и от стен бассейна 1. Наиболее близкой по технической сущности и достигаемому результату к предлагаемой вл етс электрическа стекловаренна печь, содержаща варочный бассейн с электродами, смон тирбванными друг над другом 2. Недостатками известных печей вл ютс относительно быстрый прогар ших ты на зеркале расплава варочного бас сейна, чтоприводит не только к улетучиванию компонента стекла и значительным теплопотер м с поверхности но, в основном, к нарушению теплового режима варки и осветлени стекл массы, к снижению процента выхода годной продукции. Цель изобретени - повышение качества стекла за счет обеспечени стабильного шихтного сло . Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что в известной электрической стекло варенной печи, содержащей варочный бассейн с электродами, смонтированными друг над другом, верхний р д кладки варочного бассейна выполнен из огнеупорных плит, смонтированных . с возможностью перемещени внутрь бассейна. На фиг.1 и зображена печь, продольный разрез; нЪ фиг.2 - то ke, поперачный разрез. Печь содержит варочный бассейн 1, соединенный протоком 2 с выработочным бассейном 3. Варочный бассейн снабжен несколькими парами противолежащих электродов 4, установленных друг над другом. Верхний р д кладки стен варочного бассейна по уровню расплава и по всему периметру выполнен из огнеупорных плит 5, частично выступающих в расплав,При наладке режима работы печи огнеупорные п.питы 5 могут быть еще выдвинуты во внутрь бассейна, если это будет диктоватьс оптимизацией технологического режи1 а . Движение плит в период наладки (или эксплуатации) печи осуществл етс временной установкой наружного теплоизол ционного сло вокруг плит 5 по всему периметру. ;The invention relates to the industrial use of building materials, in particular, to devices for industrial glass melting. The known electric glass-making furnace, containing plate electrodes, placed at a certain distance between themselves and from the walls of the basin 1. The closest to the technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is an electric glass-making furnace, containing a cooking pool with electrodes that are tirbanye each other. 2. The disadvantages of the known furnaces are the relatively fast burning out of you on the melt mirror of the cooking pool, which leads not only to the volatilization of the glass component and heat loss from the surface but mainly to the violation of the thermal mode of cooking and brightening the glass mass, to a decrease in the percentage of the yield of suitable products. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of glass by providing a stable charge layer. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a known electric glass boiled stove containing a cooking pool with electrodes mounted one above the other, the upper row of the cooking basin is made of refractory plates mounted. with the ability to move inside the pool. Figure 1 and imaged oven, longitudinal section; 2, then ke, transverse incision. The furnace contains a cooking basin 1 connected by a duct 2 with a production basin 3. The cooking basin is equipped with several pairs of opposite electrodes 4 mounted one above the other. The upper row of the walls of the cooking pool at the level of the melt and around the perimeter is made of refractory plates 5, partially protruding into the melt. but . The movement of the plates during the period of adjustment (or operation) of the furnace is carried out by temporarily installing the outer heat insulation layer around the plates 5 along the entire perimeter. ;
