Description

Изобретение относитс  к химико-термической обработке металлов и сплавов, в частности к составам дл  диффузионног хромотитанировани . Предлагаемый состав может быть использован в машиностроительной , приборостроительной, хими- MecKOvl промышленности дл  повышени  износо-;жаро- и коррозионной стойкости инструмента, деталей машин и технологической оснастки. Известен состав .дл  хромотитанировани , содержащий титан 51,5-64,0; хром 17,5 - 24,0; окись алюмини  15,О21 ,25; гелогенид аммони  1,5-2,0; молибден 0,75-1,5; бор 1,О-2,О l. Наиболее близким к изобретению из и иестных  вл етс  состав, содержащий ком поненты, мас.: Окись титана1О-15 Окись хрома23-26 Алюминий9-27 Фтористый алюминий3-5 Окись алюмини Остальное 2 Процесс диффузионного хромотитанировани  в известном составе осуществл етс  при температурах 90O-ll6cfc в течение 2-8 ч. Так, при хромотитанировании в известном составе при 1О50 С в течение 6 ч сталей 45 и У8 формируютс  диффузионные слои толщиной 12-14 и 14-18 мкм соответственно. Недостатком известного состава дл  хромотитанировани   вл етс  низка  насыщающа  способность. Целью прюдлагаемого изобретени   вл етс  интенсификаци  процесса насыщени . Указанна  цель достигаетс  путем использовани  в известном составе дл  хромотитанировани  в качестве вещества-активизатора хлористого аммони  и введени  в со- став дополнительно окиси никел  при следуюшем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: Окись хрома21-23 Окись титана21-23 Окись никел 5-15 Порошок алюмини 18-20This invention relates to the chemical heat treatment of metals and alloys, in particular, to compositions for diffusion chromating.
