(54) METHOD OF CONTROL OF A BATCHER
The invention relates to methods for controlling devices having an auxiliary purpose for monitoring and controlling the operation of crushing grinding and dosing devices and can be used mainly in devices for preparing feed. There is a known method of controlling a dispenser by varying the flow rate of the bulk material with a scale conveyor and the excitation current of the actuator of the vibrating feeder / summation of the measured values, compared with a value of 1. The closest to the present invention is a method for controlling a metering device that involves feeding a bulk material to a vibrating tray, measuring the mass of a material, and controlling the frequency of a vibromotor 2. The disadvantages of these methods are low metering accuracy. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of dosing. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the control method of the dispenser, which includes the supply of bulk material to the vibrating lotto, measuring the material mass and controlling the frequency of the vibromotor, measuring the mass of the material is carried out along the height of the layer of material and the amplitude of oscillation of the vibrating tray, which compares with a given value but. Frequency control of the vibromotor is performed according to the magnitude of the misalignment of the measured and measured values. The drawing shows the block diagram of the device that implements the proposed method. Receiving chamber 1 is installed by vibrating chute 2 fixed by suspensions 3 on frame 4. Vibrating motor 5 is also attached to frame 4 with excitation winding 6 fed from an AC network through Tyris-op 7. Sensor 8 layer heights and sensor 9 amplitude oscillations through amplifiers 10 and 11 are associated with multiplication unit 12. The output of the regulator 13, connected to the setting device 14, is connected to the control electrode of the thyristor 7. The control of the dispenser is carried out as follows. From the receiving chamber 1, the material being metered enters the vibrating chute 2 driven by the vibration motor 5, which is uniformly
