Description

Аппарат работает следующим образом .The device works as follows.

Аппарат заполн ют через загрузочное устройство 5 материалом в виде водной, суспензии, содержащей твердые взвешенные частицы и предварительно обработанной флокул нтом. В результате вращени барабана и передвижени материала вдоль него с помощью спирали 4 происходит гранул ци наход щихс во взвешенном состо нии твердых частиц .суспензии. Ковши 7 разгрузочного устройства захватывают гранулы, непрерывно подаваемые в зону разгрузки спиралью 4 и перемещаютс в Iecтe с барабаном контактиру с неподвижным направл ющим элементом 14, который удерживает ковши от преждевременного опрокидывани . Материал из ковшей разгружаетс в желоб 6. При сходе ковша 7 с неподвижного направл ющего элемента 14 ковш удар етс об упор 15. Оп-рокидывание ковшей 7 над разгрузочным желобом б с одновременным ударом ковшей об упор 15 обеспечивает полную разгрузку гранулированного материала с повышенными адгезионными свойствами.
