ПРИЮДАHERE
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению , а именно к конструкции ци линдрических редукторов дл много-г. двигательных приводов. Известен цилиндрический редуктор дл многодвигательного привода, содержащий корпус, выполненный симмет ричным и жестким, размещенные в нем на подшипниках ведомый и симметрично расположенные к нему приводные шестеренчатые валы ij . Недостаток данного редуктора заключаетс в том, что вследствие деформации валы привода отклон ютс от их взаимного параллельного положени , что вызывает процесс интенсивного и неравномерного изнашивани профил зуба. Целью изобретени вл етс обесп чение равномерности распределени нагрузки. Это достигаетс за счет того, чт в цилиндрическом редукторе подшипни ки приводных валов установлены с возможностью перемещени относитель корпуса редуктора. На фиг. 1 изобрё1Жен цилиндрический редуктор, разрез , на фиг. 2 - т же, изометри . Цилиндрический редуктор дл многодвигательного привода Содержит. корпус 1, ведомый вгш 2, уста:новлеиный в подшипниках 3, и симметрично расположенные к валу 2 приводные валы 4. Приводные валы 4, установленные в подшипниках 5, снабжены шестерн ми 6, взаимодействующими с ведомым зубчатым колесом 7. Зубчатые колеса имеют , преимущественно, шевронное згщепление . Через середину этих зубчатых колес проходит вертикальна плоскость 8, служаща плоскостью симметрии. Корпус 1 редуктора выполнен симметричным относительно этой вертикальной плоскости и жестким, что достигаетс , в частности, применением траверсы 9 с . двойными стенками. Шестерни 6 привод тс в действие от приводных двигателей 10 через валы 4, причем подсоединение валов 4 к двигател м 10 осуществлено через эластичные муфты Ц, а со стороны выходачерез зубчатые муфты 12 и многодисковые муфты 13. Подооипники 5 приводных валов илполнены радиальными, что позвол ет валам 4 в них свободно аксиально перемещатьс .
