используемым дл изготовлени литейных смесей .The invention relates to the manufacture of casting mixtures, molds and cores, in particular to casting. used to make foundry mixes.
Cl Liquid glass-based, curing with carbon dioxide, ferrochromic slag, cement and other materials Cl is known
Наиболее близким к предложенному по техническому существу и достигаемому результату вл етс св зующее дл изготовлени литейных смесей на базе жидкого стекла с добавкой древесного пека .Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a binder for the manufacture of casting mixtures based on liquid glass with the addition of wood pitch.
However, mixtures with known binders have difficulty knocking out from castings.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the operation of knockout of glass mixtures from castings.
Цель-достигаетс тем, что св зующее на основе жидкого стекла, включающее технологическую добавку - продукт переработки древесного сырь , в , качестве технологической эдобавки содержит талловый пек с температурой раз1-шгчени от 70 до 120°С или омыgg i SjjieHHa тaлJioвыйпёк при слёду отЧём соотношении ингрёдиёнтЬв,вес.%:The goal is achieved by the fact that a binder based on liquid glass, including a technological additive - a product of wood raw material processing, contains, as a technological additive, tall oil pitch with a temperature of 1–2 hg from 70 to 120 ° C or ohm iggy ingredients, wt.%:

1Combine the preparation of bindings 130115§.g6 30 and mixtures. B input - rfi apileBSift ne -... juice of liquid glass and sulphate pea in a hammer, melted or dissolved state and thoroughly mixing all components of the mixture by volume. The compositions of the binder Carboxyl and the known are given in Table 1. When the tall pitch is contained in the liquid glass below the lower limit, the improvement in knockability does not occur when the tall pitch content is greater than the upper limit, the mixture has a low strength and a high crushability. In tab. 2 shows the composition of the mixtures of the proposed binder. In tab. 3 shows the physico-mechanical and technological properties of mixtures of the proposed binder. It follows from the above tables that the knockability of mixtures using the binder Karbosil is 1.5-2 times less than that of mixtures using saponified wood pitch. The effect of improving dislodgement is due to the destruction of a film of liquid glass in the mixture, which occurs during the formation of a new orthano-mineral product when sodium (potassium) silicates interact with fatty and resin acids entering the pitch. In addition, tall oil pitch, which did not react, at high temperatures burns with the formation of gas, which, when it leaves the mixture, breaks the binder film. The preparation of the mixture with the binder Carbosil is intended for obtaining volumetric forms, rods of 1-3 grades of complexity, as well as as linings of forms; It is advisable to use mixtures with a content in the binding sulphate (tall) pitch at the upper limit in the manufacture of cores that form difficult-to-reach parts of the castings, and mixtures with a content of sulphate pitch limit are recommended to be used in the manufacture of thin-walled molds, liners for molds and chills.
