Description
(54) LIQUID SELF-DEFINING MIXTURE
Дл достижени поставленной цели жидка самотвердеюща смесь дл изготовлени литейных форм и стержней , включающа огнеупорный наполнитель , Феррохромовый шлак, жидкое стекло и пенообразователь, дополнительно содержит воду, а в качестве пенообразовател - скрубберную паст отход при сушке моющих порошков, при следующем соотношении ингредиентов , вес.%:The invention relates to foundry production, namely, the compositions of liquid self-hardening mixtures for both the preparation of casting molds and the core. A known liquid self-hardening mixture comprising a DS-PAC foaming agent or Petrova Sch. Contact. However, a DS-PAC foaming agent is scarce, and its production results in waste which is C times the volume of the product being produced. The use of the contact Peter requires its neutralization with NaOH, which is labor-intensive and requires strict adherence to the safety technique operation. In addition, in order to obtain the required vitality, when using DS-RAS and Petrov contact, foam stabilizers are required. Known liquid self-hardening mixture of G2, comprising the following components, wt.%: Quartz sand Hardener Peck wood Liquid glass Fiber Surface active substance However, this mixture is difficult to prepare and requires very strict adherence to the ratio of the components. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a liquid ceiMo hardening mixture, including components, wt.%: 4.0-6, Ferrochrome slag 5.0-7.0 Liquid glass 0.06-0, 18 Biomass, microorganisms 0.03-0.07 Mylonaft 1% solution. 2.5-3.5 caustic soda. Refractory Else filler The disadvantage of this mixture is its lack of vitality with an extended method of distribution of the mixture. The purpose of the invention is to increase the vitality of the liquid self-hardening mixture while maintaining optimum strength properties. To achieve this goal, a liquid self-hardening mixture for the manufacture of casting molds and cores, including a refractory filler, ferrochromic slag, water glass and a foaming agent, also contains water, and scrubber paste waste when drying washing powders, with the following ratio of ingredients, is weight as a blowing agent. %:

Паста представл ет собой массу, хорошо растворимую в холодной воде.parts in the paste is 3-5%; the paste refers to anionic-active surfactants. By chemical composition, this is a complex multicomponent substance, the hydrocarbon part of which is represented mainly by unsaturated compounds of the C o-C-fQ fraction. In addition, it contains sodium sulfate, tripolyphosphate, etc. The paste is a mass that is readily soluble in cold water.

PRI m e-p. The mixture is prepared in batch mixers or continuous, into which quartz sand is loaded, ferrochromic slag and mixed for 2 minutes, then the previously prepared liquid composition is added, which is prepared as follows: the scrubber paste is diluted with water, the emulsion is thoroughly mixed for 2 minutes, after which liquid glass is introduced and stirring is continued for another 5 minutes. The finished composition is introduced into the mixer and mixed by 2 microns.
W 1 и №2.The compositions and properties of the mixtures are given respectively in Table. W 1 and №2.

With the introduction of scrubber paste below the lower limit (composition 1), the fluidity and vitality of the mixture worsen, the mixture loses its basic technological properties
When the content of the scrubber paste is higher than the upper limit (mixture No. 5), the fluidity and vitality increase dramatically, as a result of which the curing time of the mixture increases and the strength decreases after 24 hours, the mixture also has a high crushability. The optimal IP composition of the mixture, comprising 0.10-0.14% scrubber paste.
The use of scrubber paste allows to obtain the best physicomechanical properties of the mixture and increase its vitality. It is expedient to use the mixture in the case when it is distributed not directly into the core boxes, but with the help of a conveyor.
