Понеременно с днметплсульфатом но капл м добавл етс 8-Ш и-ный раствор едкого натра до Н1елочноп реакции по фенолфталеину. После добавлени реактивов смесь нагреваетс в течение 30 мин на вод ной бане с обратным холодильником. По окончании на1-реван-ии добавл етс щелочь до щелочной реакции и проводщ-е повторное метилирование на холоду. SaTeNr, реакционна емесь нагреваетс па вод ной бапе до кинени , охлаждаетс , добавл етс /з часть по объему воды и концентрированна сол на кислота до кислой реакции. В осадок выпадает метилированн1,1Й грамицидин. Осадок отфильтровываетс , промываетс несколько раз насыщенным раствором поваренной соли, затем небольщой порцией холодной воды и .
