Description

For wggeio 4 February

В предлагаемом изобретении предусд1атриваетс  сокращение расхода свинца на изготовление оболочки бронированных кабелей, без уменьшени  механической и электрической прочности кабел .The present invention provides for reducing lead consumption for the manufacture of armored cable shells, without reducing the mechanical and electrical strength of the cable.

The essence of the invention is that a layer of plasticized bitumen is applied to the lead sheath of the cable, made with the minimum technologically possible thickness, then a layer of paper impregnated with anti-rotting composition is applied onto it, and a layer of bitumen is put on this layer again. On top of the bitumen, one or two ribbons of glass filaments of high mechanical strength are applied, followed by bitumen and 2-3 layers of impregnated paper, then the bitumen is again, on top of which conventional iron armor is placed. A layer of jute is laid over the armor.

При этой конструкции кабел  уменьшаетс  расход свинца, необходимого дл  изготовлени  оболочки кабел , увеличиваетс  прочность оболочки по отношению к внутренним давлени м, уменьшаетс  текучесть оболочек и увеличиваетс  стойкость против коррозии .With this cable design, the consumption of lead needed to make the cable sheath is reduced, the sheath strength is increased in relation to internal pressures, the sheath fluidity is reduced, and corrosion resistance is increased.
