Description
(54) ПРИВОД РАБОЧЕГО ВАЛА ДВУМЯ ДВИГА- ЛЯМИ ВНУТРЕННЕГО СГОРАНИЯ
{
Изобретение относитс к области машиностроени .
Известна сцепна фрикционна конусна упруга муфта, содержаща корпус с двум внутренними коническими поверхност ми и ведущую полумуфту с наружными коническими поверхност ми, взаимодействующими с корпусом 1.
Недостатком этой муфты вл етс невоз можность соединени рабочего вала с двум двигател ми внутреннего сгорани .
Известен также привод рабочего вала двум двигател ми внутреннего сгорани , содержащий две сцепные фрикционные конусные упругие муфты, корпус каждой из которых соединен с полым валом, св занным через зубчатую передачу с ведомым валом, а ведуща полумуфта соединена через упругую соединительную муфту и промежуточный вал с валом одного из двигателей 2.
Данный привод наиболее близок к изобретению по технической сущности и достигаемому эффекту.
Однако этот привод имеет большие габариты .
С целью сокращени габаритов в предлагаемом приводе кажда сцепна фрикционна муфта снабжена подщипником качени , имеющим сферическое наружное кольцо с установленной на нем эластичной прокладкой , при этом одно из колец подшипника соединено с корпусом муфты, а другое - с ведущей полумуфтой.
Внутреннее кольцо подщипника жестко соединено с корпусом сцепной фрикционной муфты, а ее ведуща полумуфта смонтирована на наружном кольце подшипника.
Внутреннее кольцо подшипника жестко св зано с ведущей полу муфтой сцепной фрикционной муфты, а ее корпус смонтирован на наружном кольце подшипника.
На фиг. 1 изображена схема привода гребного вала двум двигател ми внутреннего сгорани ; на фиг. 2 - один вариант сцепной муфты в осевом разрезе; на фиг. 3 другой вариант в осевом разрезе.
