(54) METHOD OF OBTAINING BERLIN BELIES at a concentration of yellow blood salt in a solution of 100-200 g / l in the presence of sodium chloride solution with a concentration of 100-120 g / l for 2-3 hours at a current density of 1-5 A / dm bulk current density of 10–20 A / L with the use of a soluble steel anode. In order to obtain high-quality Berlin bleaches according to the proposed method, there is no need to organize separate production of ferrous iron salts, which substantially simplifies the technology. The quality of the Berlin whites is guaranteed by the fact that during the electrochemical dissolution of steel anodes only bivalent iron ions are transferred to the solution, which, when interacting with the ferrocyanide, form Berlin white. Due to the fact that the process is carried out at neutral pH and without preheating, there is no danger of hydrogen cyanide release. Example. 60 ml of a solution of yellow blood salt with a concentration of 174 g / l is poured into an electrolytic cell. In a cell at a distance of 10 mm, two steel electrodes of steel 3, 5.5 cm wide and 14.0 cm high, are installed. The surface of each electrode is 77 cm. To depassivate the steel anode and increase the electrical conductivity, sodium chloride is added to the yellow blood salt solution at a rate of 120 g / l. The electrolysis is carried out at pH 7 for 3 hours. The current is 1.5 A, the voltage is 1.5-2 V, the anode current density is 1.95 A / dm, the volume current density is 22f8 A / l, and the solution temperatures. After 1.2 and 3 hours of electrolysis, the concentration of yellow blood salt in the solution decreased from 174 g / l to 124.84 and 63 g / l, respectively. The remaining amount of ferrocyanides was precipitated in the direction of Berlin white, flakes of sediment are white, dense, quickly precipitated on standing. The experiments showed that the proposed method can get high-quality Berlin white. When the concentration of yellow blood salt is less than 100 g / l, the current efficiency decreases, and concentrations of more than 200 g / l lead to passivation of the anodes; in the concentration range of 100-120 g / l, the presence of NaCP leads to depassivadium of the anodes. At current densities of 1-5 A / dm, the current output is maximum. The method of obtaining white from a solution of yellow blood salt in a neutral aqueous medium, characterized in that, in order to simplify the process, the process is carried out by electrolysis at a concentration of yellow blood salt in a solution of 100-200 g / l in the presence of sodium chloride solution with a concentration of 100-120 g / l for 2-3 hours at a current density of 1-5 A / dm, a bulk current density of 10-20 A / l using a soluble steel anode.
