- вать смесь окислов берили , кальци циркони , гафни , лантана, иттри . Перед процессом спекани продукт может быть подвергнут вибрации в от ливочной форме. При спекании не тре буетс ставить форму под давление, так как данный способ обеспечивает получение отлитого, конечного продук та любой сложной формы. Обычно прои вод т спекание в нейтральной атсосф ре, однако нексторне окислы требуют обеспечени йосстановительнсй атмосферы . Пример. Гранулы (размером 44-100/) - 65 вес.% и порошок (размером 2r22j) - 35вес.% окиси алюмин смешанные с гуммиарабиком (который используетс как временное св зующее вещество и исчезает во врем спекани ) и с добавкой 1% фтористог лити плотно укладываетс в форму. Затем продукт в форме вьадерживаетс в течение 6 час при . Полученна керамика стабильна и хорошо выдерживает перепады температуры и воздействие расплавленного алюмини . Физические свойства состава, при товленного согласно Этому способу, с включением 1% фторида лити , следующие: -fПлотность , г/см 2,42 Пористость, %38 Коэффициент рас- 8-10 Ширени ,Са интервале от О до 800 Теплопроводность, -3 при 300 С вт/м Прочность при сжатии, измеренна при комнатной температуре, кг/см 900 Модуль Юнга, кг/см ; 1 5 10 Варьиру соотношени смеси гранул и мелкоизмельченного порошка, можно получать изол ционную керамику с различной пористостью, лучше приспособленную к вьвдерживанию амплитуды перепадов температуры в процессе эксплуатации . Формула изобретени Способ изготовлени керамических изделий, включающий смешение порошков окислов элементов ж и IV групп различного гранулометрического состава с добавкой порошка фтористого лити и последующее спекание, о тличающийс тем, что, с целью получени фасонных изделий, имеющих повышенную стойкость к тепловым ударам и агрессивному воздействию расплавленного металла, порошок фтористого лити .добавл ют в количестве от 0,75 до 2 вес.%, предпочтительно 1% от общего веса, и спекание ведут при температуре 850-1350°С.
