12,5 кг1ч термопластического полиуретана. Полиэтилен имеет температуру разм гчени  130° С при средней в зкости расплава. Температура разм гчени  иолиуретана примерно 150° С.
Температуру обработки в обоих экструдерах поддерживают 165-175° С. Температзфа в головке 165° С.
Ширина один раз надрезанного пленочного полотна 700 мм. Толщина сло  полиэтиленовой разделительной пленки 45 мк, плсикн полиуретана 50 мк. Поле выпускной толщины, изготавливаемой полиуретановой пленки 4:10%. Полиуретанова  иленка отличаетс  высокой однородностью, превосход щей получеиную каландрованием материалов .
Надрезанный с одной стороны пленочный рукав развертывают. Дл  переработки полиуретанова  пленка и полиэтиленова  пленка могут быть легко отделены друг от друга.
Пример 2. На дутьевой установке, рассмотренной в примере /, в услови х, указанных в том же примере, и при использовании аналогичного полиэтилена высокого давлени  переработай соиолиамид 6/6, 6/12 с температурой разм гчени  130° С. Температура переработки в экструдерах 150° С, температура в головке также 150° С. Ширина надрезанной один раз пленки 700 мм. Толщина полиэтплеиового разделительного сло  25 мк, а сополиамидной плеики 20 мк.
Сополиамидные пленки такого типа ие могут быть изготовлены с помощью щелевых фильер. Оптическое качество сополиамидной пленки, полученной дутьевым методом , превосходит качество пленки, получениой с помощью щелевой фильеры.
Пример 3. На экструзиоииой установке в соответствии с примерами / и 2 работу производили головкой с двум  концен .трическими кольцевыми щел ми шириной 0,7 мм кажда . Диаметр кольцевых щелей, соедин ющихс  недалеко от выхода экструзионной головки, :225 мм. Через внутреннюю кольцевую щель подают полиэтилен высокого давлени  и с высокой в зкостью расплава , в то врем  как к внешней кольцевой щели поступает полиуретан с температурой разм гчени , лежащей в пределах от 165 до 170° С {к :которому добавлено 10% мыла).
Температура переработки обоих материалов в экструдерах С. Температура в головке составл ет примерно 180° С.
Экструдированный пленочный рукав раздувают до периметра 180 мм, так что дважды надрезанный пленочный рукав двухслойного пленочного полотна составл ет ширину 900 мм. Толщина отдельных пленок следующа : полиэтиленовый разделительный слой 90 мк, а полиуретанова  пленка 100 мк.
Двухслойные пленочные полотна при переработке могут быть легко отделены друг от друга. Изменение толщины пленки возможно путем изменени  мощности нодачи 5 экструдеров.
Пример 4. В установке по примеру 3 к внещней кольцевой щели вместо полиэтилена подвод т сополиамид с температурой разм гчени  190° С. Ширина двухслойного , дважды надрезанного пленочного нолотна в этом случае 900 мм.
Толщина полиэтиленового разделительного сло  50 мк, толнцшй сополиамидной пленки 50 мк. Поле допусков равно +10%. 5 Пример 5. Установку по примеру 3 измен ют, вместо головки с двум  кольцевыми концентрическими щел ми используют головку с трем  кольцевыми щел ми, причем с каждой щелью св зан экструдер. 0 К внутренним и внешннм кольцевым щел м подвод т полиэтилен высокого давлени , обладающий хорошей текучестью в расплавленном состо нни, к которому добавл етс  0,5% коицентрата кальци . К средней
5 кольцевой щели подвод т сополиамид 6/6, 6/12, к которому добавлено 15% высококип ц;его пластификатора. Темиература разм гчени  еонолиамнда 130° С.
В экструдерах и головке температура
0 145° С. Трехслойный пленочный рукав раздувают до размеров 1400 мм (по периметру ). Затем рукав разрезают и развертывают . Дл  переработки сополиамидна  пленка может быть извлечена из окружающей ее полиэтиленовой пленки. Толщина сополиамидной пленки 45 мк, толщина нолиэтиленовой пленки 30 мк. Добавление к соиолиамиду иластификатора обусловливает большую гибкость сополиамидной
0 пленки. Путем согласовани  полиэтилена с характеристиками разм гчени  сополиамида , содержащего пластификатор, экструзию и раздув рукава производ т при более иизких температурах, чем в примере 2.
Пример 6. Работу производ т на дутьевой установке, аналогичной рассмотренной в примере 3, однако диаметр объединенного кольцевого отверсти  в головке 300 мм. Кажда  из концентрических щелей
0 в отдельности имеет ширииу 0,6 мм. К иим присоединены экструдеры с производительностью 30-90 кг1ч материала, причем изменение мощности может производитьс  путем изменени  числа оборотов экструдера.
5 К внешней кольцевой шели подвод т термопластичный полиуретан с температурой разм гчени , лежащей в пределах 165- 170° С. К внутренней шели иодвод т полиэтилен высокого давлени  с высокой в зкостью расплава. Температура переработки в обоих экструдерах 190° С. При мощности экструдера, подвод щего поли фетан в 40 кг1ч, получают двойной пленочный рукав, который после расширеии  и двухстороннего надреза образует два полотна шириной
по 750 мм каждое. Толщина полиуретановой пленки, обладающей клейкостью в нагретом состо нии, 145-150 мм. Толщина полиуретанового разделительного сло  120 мк.
Дл  термопластичных материалов, клейких в нагретом состо нии, важным  вл етс  то, что в рамках изобретени  впервые удалось изготовить методом экструзии рукава с раздувом очень тонкие пленки больщой щирины. Ширина пленочных листов со1ставл ет примерно 1 м. Она может быть сделана при необходимости 3 м и более. При этом преимущества, обеспечиваемые дутьевым методом, в полной мере относ тс  ко всем клейким в нагретом состо нии материалам.
