Примером осуществлени  предлагае мого способа может служить изготовление заготовок mecTepieH. Исходную заготовку средним весом 470 кг, диаметром 502-548 мм нагревают до 1260°С в методической, печи. После осадки заготовки .на прессе усилием 3000 тс гладкими плитами на высоту 180 мм и разгонки центральной зоны металла пуансоном диаметром 504 мм формуют ступицу и обод заготовки на прессе усилием 7000 тс. Ширина обода при этом равна 105 мм. На стане обод раскатываю по диаметру до размера 1140 мм, при достижении которого осуществл етс  обжатие его боковых поверхностей на ширину 125 мм. Последн   операци  калибровка по всем элементам заготовки на прессе усилием 2500 тс.
