Description
Другой образец перед нагревом обрабатывают в вакууме при в течение 24 ч. Содержание водорода в сплаве при этом снижаетс до 0,01 ррт Полученные результаты испытани механических свойств сплава приведены в табл..
Пример 2. Обрабатывают сплав следующего химического состава, вес,% Медь2,15
Кремний0,78
Магний0,80
Хром0,10
АлюминийОстальное
Температура оплавлени сплава .
Сплав обрабатывают по известномуи предложенному способам. По предложенному способу дегазацию провод т в вакууме при 450°С в течение 8 ч, затем нагревают при 545°С в течение 30 мин, после чего осуществл ют закалку и старение по примеру 1,
Результаты механических испытаний приведены в табл.2.
Предложенный способ позвол ет по высить механические характеристики сплава. Кроме того, сплавы, обработанные по предложенному способу, обладают высокой стойкостью против коррозии под напр жением.
