Description

(54) СПОСОБ ИЗОЛЯЦИИ ТРУБ
1
Изобретение относитс  к технологии нанесени  теплоизол ции на трубы.
Известен способ теплоизол ции труб при котором на трубу укладывают слой теплоизол ционного материала и фиксируют его по диаметру, например, металлической лентой, затем вставл ют трубу в цилиндрическую оболочку l.
Наружна  оболочка не  вл етс  герметизирующей , поэтому, чтобы исключит проникновение влаги из окружающей среды через стенки оболочки, она должна быть неразрушаемой и сплошной по всей длине. Однако в таком случае трудно преодолеть сопротивление треНИИ между изолированной трубой и внутренней поверхностью защитной наружной оболочки.
Целью изобретени   вл етс  улучшение изолирующих свойств изол ции С наружным герметизирующим слоем желаемой формы и размеров, который обеспечивает поглощение нагрузок на трубы например, проложенные ; под землей.
Дл  этого трубу покрывают изолирующим материалом в виде полотна, фиксируют эту изол цию с выдерживанием заданных размеров ее по диаметру, изолированную трубу вкладывают в цельную трубчатую оболочку путем продольного
перемещени  их относительно друг друга и затем высвобождают изол цию из за ,фиксированного состо ни , в результате чего оболочка принимает Форму, соответствующую форме внутренней стенки наружной оболочки.
На фиг. 1 изображена труба с устройством , дл  высвобождени  изол ции из зафиксированного состо ни  ( вводом в защитную оболочку) на фиг. 2 - то же после закладки в защитную оболочку; на . 3 - устройство дл  разрушени  средств закреплени  изол ции на трубе (вариант выполнени )
На фиг. 1 представлена труба 1, покрыта  теплоизолирующим материалом 2, зафиксированным лентой 3. Причем показано устройство дл  высвобождени  изол ции из зафиксированного состо ни , которое состоит из ножа 4, скрепленного со шнуром 5, наматываемьтм на ворот 6. Труба с изолирующим материалом показана в положении, предназначенном дл  ввода ее в защитную оболочку 7.
На фиг. 2 показана труба после закладки вместе с изол цией в защитную оболочку.
На фиг. 3 показан предпочтительный вариант устройства, предназначенного
