В 22 D 13/00, 1972г.(54) A METHOD FOR CENTRIC BURNING THE LARGE BIMETALLIC BIMETALLIC PIPES of the poured metal and reliably welds to the non-oxidized surface of the first layer. As a result of the fact that the metal of the first (outer) layer in the mold is cooled unevenly, i.e. from the filling end more slowly, and from the opposite side, where the cooled portions of the metal go much faster, when pouring the metal of the second bimetallic casting layer, on the contrary, the liquid superheated metal enters the cooler zone, and the cooled portions of this metal enter the pouring zone the first layer having a higher temperature. Consistently pouring dissimilar metals from the two ends of the ingot molds contributes to the temperature in the welding zone along the entire length of the bimetallic casting, which ensures a reliable connection of dissimilar metals with a clear interface. At the same time, there is no mixing of dissimilar metals from the pouring side and non-weldability from the opposite end, having sjecTo when pouring the heterogeneous W1x metals from a single casting device. PRI me R. On centrifugal machines of type III grade, bimetallic billets with an outer (first) layer of steel 45 and BojripeHnniM (second) of wear-resistant cast iron and high-alloyed stainless steel are cast into a mold with a 290 mm thick mold. and 2000 mm long. In kg of refractory coating, quartz sand with powdered zircon powder is used. The thickness of the refractory coating is 8-10 mm. Steel 45 is poured at a temperature of 1550 ° C. During the whole pouring of the metal of the first layer, a low-melting flux is metered in a powder form of the following composition: 51% CsRg, 22% Ma2510317% .CaOi and 10% SiO2. The amount of low-melting flux is determined from the condition of obtaining on the inner surface of steel 45 a liquid ionic with a thickness of 1.5-2 mm. The liquid slag formed on the inner surface of the first layer protects it from oxidation. In order to prevent the mixing of the first metal layers of the bimetallic casting, it is necessary to allow an exposure between the filling of the first and second layers, which is 4.5-5.0 minutes. For high-quality weldability of metals, it is necessary to have a temperature on the external surface of the previously poured metal 50-350 ° below the temperature of its solidus. The internal surface of the cast metal has a different temperature along the length of the workpiece, namely, from the side of the pouring end, it will be higher than that of the non-fill, and can reach up to 300-350 ° C. For good weldability, the pouring of the second metal is performed from the opposite end of the mold. At the non-filling end for the metal of the first layer, where the inner surface is 330-340 ° C below the temperature of its solidus, a second metal with a pouring temperature enters, while at the filling end of the first layer the temperature is 70-90 ° C below its solidus and here comes the second metal more chilled. If the pouring of the second metal were made from the side of the pouring of the first layer, then at the pouring end we would get a mixture of metals. When casting multilayer centrifugal blanks, sequential pouring of metals, i.e. the metal of the first layer is poured and an extract is prepared for its crystallization, then a second metal is poured from the opposite end of the mold and an extract for crystallization is also given. After crystallization of the metal of the second layer: the third one is poured, but from that end of the mold from which the first layer was poured. The fourth layer is poured from the side of the pouring of the second metal, etc. Claims The method of centrifugal casting of large-sized and metal pipes, including pouring the first layer into the core layer with flux supply to the jet of metal, holding the metal in the mold to cool below the solidus temperature by 50-350 ° C and filling the second metal layer, characterized in that it has improve the thermophysical conditions of hardening and improve the quality of weldability of the cast metal, pouring metal layers into the mold from opposite ends.
